hey caffeineman could u do a video comparing the new "healthy caffeine" drinks that are on the market now. seems like alot of drinks are coming out now, & i am having trouble deciding which one to use as a daily. ex. kill cliff, infinite, hiball, zoa, fitaid focusaid, celcius, runa etc
I highly appreciate the research done by CaffeineMan. It's nice to see someone who actually cares and wants to inform the public or educate them should I say.
Happy to hear you appreciate all the work that goes into this. But, don't forget GEG, she does a lot too! I look forward to bringing you more caffeinated content!
Wow thanks for linking me to this video caffeine man im editing that comment and im super happy cuz a friend of mine just gave me 8 CASES of Aspire energy that uses sucralose as its sweetener!
@@CaffeineMan1 good job you did lol thanks for recomeding coconut red bull it taste very good how much caffine do you think I can have without it being dangerous im 13
i study math. my most effective supplement combo definitely has been l-theanine and caffeine. however the most effective focus tool has been morning exercise, plenty of sleep, and good diet.
That was a great video for me to learn about pre workout drink and i can’t imagine how long it took for you guys to learn all this and help learn about energy drink to others

@@CaffeineMan1 oh really that’s why i can’t find it anywhere lol the only one i got to try was the bubble gum which well wasn’t the best of preworkouts
YAY!!! So happy to hear that! I love to be able to help people out. Its all good and well (and fun) to review energy drinks, but I also value educating people and providing useful information. Glad you liked it!
Super Creatine isn't even Creatine it's a patented ingredient made up by VPX. Great video though and great collab! We should do a collab in the future brother!!! By the way the ending outtake of you looking down was hilarious! Hahaha
Im working on another collab for end of August/Early September for Part 3, but maybe in September/October we can come up with something. Ive been trying to brainstorm some ideas but we'll need to talk more about any ideas you have and take it from there. We'll get this done my man!
Oh wow, thats interesting. Im wondering if you have an oversensitivity to sugar. Since the preworkouts are mostly sugar free, you are getting aritifical sweeteners. So, if you have regular energy drinks, you are consuming a lot of sugar which can also make you hyper. Some people react to it more than others.
Great video - really informative. This will be the gold standard on the subject of these drinks for a long time. I really hope these companies will get the message that very few of us want/need 300 mg in EVERY single drink...theres not very many good options that come with less caffeine.
I'm just getting around to this! So I'm guessing this was NOT done live? At some points it seems like you're answering each other seamlessly, but other times it seems prerecorded. My guess is you sent her your recording and she responded and then you heavily edited it. lol am I right? Also notice Green Eyed Guide had TWO energy drinks on the table in the beginning...and then she only had one...Dun dun dun! Where did the Reign inferno go???
Well, Im not going to hide anything, you are 100% right. When it comes to collabs, I wasnt really able to do any collabs because, you know, Im in Massachusetts and shes in Wisconsin. If I wanted to collab with Gigi, shes in California and Im in Massachussets. If I wanted to collab with opperman, hes someplace far away and Im in... did I mention Im in massachusetts? And I have a day job....and a RUclips job.... sooooo.... LOL!!! Yeah, an in person collab is nearly impossible. Could we have done a livestream collab? Maybe? But we dont really know how to do that. Remember, Im still semi-new to this. I barly know how to livestream let alone adding someone in. LOL... So, yes, we both came up with a script, we both came up with some questions for each other and exchanged notes. Recorded our portions and went with it. I think it went together pretty well. We certainly werent trying to trick anyone into thinking we were together or live at the same time....but I can certainly see how some might think that. Soooooo... did you like the video?
I am a avid Caffeine user I regularly have 600mg per day . I use Reign, Bang, Raze, and Redline . I workout 3 times perweek for weight loss and health I have a high caffeine resistance . I do not recommend anyone ingest that much caffeine in 24hrs . I have been known to have 1gram of caffeine ie 1000mg of it while hard working out or doing a big move / demo job .
Stay safe my friend! If you are ever interested in a caffeine detox, I did a video about it. You wouldnt need to to a full detox, just something to potentially reset your tolerance.
@Charg La dose Technically speaking, anything with 300mgs of caffeine can be considered preworkout because its the caffeine doing most of the work in the preworkouts. Ive mentioned the same thing in some of my videos on Thermogenics. But, specifically, GFuel is marketing to gamers since it also has nootropic ingredients to help with focus, so you wont get as hyped/pumped up as you would with a preworkout.
Metro Music yes but g fuel have no Sugar, vitamins and amino acid complex and Antioxidants, that give you 6h of energy and not 1 and Don’t feel a crash after
Creatine and caffeine together don't work against each other at all. Creatine supplements like creatine monohydrate will build up in your body till a saturation point and pull water into the muscle. It may provide a slight boost in strength, but its not crazy and it definitely isn't something you have to pick between when it comes to creatine vs caffeine.
She didn't adequately answer the BANG creatine question. She should have used her science skills and went over the BANG style of creatine,it's effects, and then gave comparisons for or against C.monohydrate. Just saying.
When it comes to artificial sweeteners and sucralose. I personally just don't like the taste it contributes. I have nothing bad to say about it just don't like the taste.
100% understandable. I actually don't review drinks with Stevia anymore because they all taste like chemicals. There is a small percentage of people that when they have stevia, there is a chemical reaction on their taste buds that make them think they are tasting chemicals. Studies showed that 25% of people in the study group had this reaction and numerous studies were done. Apparently, I am in the 25 percentile. There are similar studies for sucralose with similar reactions but in far FEWER people and far less chemically tastes...but sublte chemical taste.
@@CaffeineMan1 honestly it's a bummer I love UPtime but I'm trying to cut back on how much I drink because of the sugar so I'm looking for a good alternative but unfortunately there isn't one. So what I've been doing is taking green tea and mixing key active supplements in it like L- Theanine. Love that stuff
@@XNamelessXNill You should check out my videos on caffeinated water. I go over all the things you can make with it, but in short, anything that you can make with water, you can make it caffeinated. So, you could actually make any flavor tea (even the flavorful herbal teas that are decafeinated) into caffeinated teas. Or if you have a soda stream type machine, use caffeinated water and any other sweet flavorings you like ...perhaps Erytheritol? But, whatever the case, you can always get a little creative when you have caffeinated water. Theres always some in my house. I boost up my tea and hot chocolate with it.
Why do you overly talk / explain things more than her? She only contributes for ~9 / 40 minutes. Also, why do you draw the conclusions? You do "hog the entire conversation". Lots of cringe and awkwardness too.... "Tingly girl"?
