    1 cup rolled oats
    1 tbsp oil
    1/2 tsp mustard seeds
    1/2 tsp black gram
    1 tbsp raw peanuts
    1 tbsp cashew nuts
    1 tbsp chopped ginger
    1 tbsp chopped green chilli
    curry leaves
    1/4 cup onion chopped
    1/4 cup green beans chopped
    1/4 cup carrot chopped
    1 cup water
