How come you didnt show where you plugged in the USB device? I have a 2019 F150 with Sync 3. I plug a device in to the USB ports and the USB icon DOES NOT appears on the "Source" screen.

Anyone has idea how to enable option to go through folders on USB using arrows on steering wheel? Why is it not enabled at first place? Each time when want to change folder, I have to move focus from the road and press touchscreen 10 times. This stupid "feature" is killing me.... Talking about SYNC 3.

I’ve got amazon unlimited free for 90 days. Can I download all my albums , put them on a stick and listen without using Android auto? Also can I use built in voice recognition to select songs/albums ? And use Ford Navigation at same time?

On the focus the usb socket is in the center console but it is in different locations on different models.

How did you get the USB symbol on your source screen? Whenever I plug in a USB drive, it says it's not recognized.
The drive had to be formatted as FAT format for the car to be able to read it.

So, can you 'Browse' to a folder, then 'Play All' in that folder?
That seems so much more practical than faffing around with playlists.

If the MP3 files dont have any form of DRM they should play ok in the car and use the nav at the same time
