FoundCare's Annual Back-to-School Health Fair 2024

We're excited to share highlights from our recent Back-to-School Health Fair, Space Explorers: Journey to Wellness! 🚀 We welcomed 269 "space cadets" to our FoundCare center in Palm Springs, where we provided 864 vaccinations, school physicals, vision screenings, and other essential healthcare services. Students also received school supplies, new shoes, and backpacks to help them start the school year strong. 🎒 A huge thank you to our amazing sponsors, vendors, and everyone who contributed to this event-together, we’re building a healthier, more connected community. 🌟 Wishing all Palm Beach County students an incredible school year!
