- Christian Sundberg is an American author and public speaker who claims to have memories of his existence prior to his current life. These he has documented in his book ‘A Walk In The Physical.’
He states that he has memories of almost being born into one life, only to experience overwhelming fear right before entry, causing him to retreat and his mother-to-be to have a miscarriage. In expanded consciousness, he then got to see the knock-on effect that decision had on so many other lives. Subsequently, he decided to incarnate again through a new body.
Christian maintains that our consciousness transcends our physical bodies, and that our souls experience many human lifetimes along their journey. Crucially though, he contends, everything is by consent. We are not forced into these life experiences; we choose them, knowing what we are coming into. Any judgement which exists in the spirit realm comes only from ourselves in higher forms of consciousness.

I loved his book. I finished it and immediately started reading it again, and then again.
Everytime I listen to a podcast with Christian, I learn more in depth explanations (that make sense) regarding thoughts I have had about most everything he talks about. Seems right on……..

I still struggle to understand what soul would choose to come here and molest a child, and what other soul would choose to be the child being molested! What lesson do we learn from that, no thank you! And I am not convinced on the reason of why we forget. It doesn’t make sense to forget! I believe this realm is like a big game, and there are many controllers running it, some sickos some decent, and they choose how the game flows, however they know we are becoming consciously aware and we are capable of controlling our own reality, hence the shit show we have been through, we are living in a westworld style movie with a touch of Truman show, we can leave their reality whenever we want and live our own, we just have to learn how to do that, many of us are already! Just my opinion 😉
Exactly!! Thank you. I dont understand how souls can choose to come here and then get trafficked, abused, raped multiple times, go through torture and satanic ritual abuse, murder and sacrifice. How can they willingly choose that out of love??? It doesn't make no sense at all. And why would we come here just to see how much we can over come limitation when we are so powerful limitless to begin with? I dont buy it.

We've all got to take the time to be who we are and I think ultimately, we just have to keep our game tight and we'll be alright.
How could this unconditional love work in a realm which is obvious run by psychopathic entities or a demiurge, what about the endless suffering going on here? Creatures having to tear each other apart to eat to stay alive? Children born with ailments and disabilities? The necessary wars? How can we learn from endless reincarnations if our memories are wiped? We are in a soul trap and the sooner we can gain enough knowledge and information to get the hell out of here the better. This guest with his love and light new age nonsense is part of the problem.
This guest is definitely promoting the new age nonsense. He's like the perfect guy for the religious priests to hire. He's just so upbeat and smiley and uses all sorts of words with such certainty that you might as well completely trust him. Nothing he says makes any sense lol. As you've said, there's no reason why I'd want to be a gazelle to be ripped apart a billion times.
I'm hopeful Mark realized all the symbolism this guy's subtly promoting. God needed a challenge so it cut itself into pieces and wanted to experience pain and suffering... yeah, makes total sense. That's what I would do! Lock myself in a hellhole where the only escape is to die either naturally, accidentally, or manually.
Either that or Christian got tricked by an evil entity that it's all sunshine and rainbows. If we can get tricked so easily online by some random person spouting nonsense then how easy could it be to get tricked by an evil entity?

Another Interesting subject which is not covered to often is that the cord of a newborn is cord closed off soon after birth. This is known to reduce IQ by 20 points. The cord should remain until blood flow naturally stops or (1HR)

Yes I believe it’s around 30/40 minutes to leave the cord attached. This helps with nutrients and antibodies etc to pass from the mother to the new born. Which enhances the baby’s health.

Thank you Mark and Christian for conducting this podcast, it was very enlightening. I feel Mark always asks the right questions, the only one that was standing out for me was 'with everything that Christian subscribes to, why is it these elites do what they do, is that out of fear perhaps?' and as a follow up: 'why would they act upon controlling this realm through such machinations if they are loved as pure consciousness, are they unbeknownst of this awareness? Something tells me they know.'
I get the token of love this guy expresses but found him very washy in trying to help explain our existence on earth as a human and reasons behind our individual experience. All I found was ‘hey be nice to everyone!!’ and of course there’s nothing wrong with that, I’m all for that, but if anything , its left me more sceptical and disillusioned than ever. It just didn’t make any sense
What does “washy” mean? I think you mean you don’t understand where this man is coming from. He is talking about our true purpose of incarnating to this planet with the veil of forgetting is a big factor in creating a experience that is rich and feels oh so real. As we search inward we start to question this existence and look past the material aspect and see the underlying force that brings forth life. This experience is for the evolution of our soul, God has given us a sophisticated gift for experience. We are everlasting beings, our consciousness and soul continue, we all go at our own pace. When you are ready the answers will come. This is a great start!
@@barbaratardy9788 Washy as in wasn’t very clear nor specific in his analogies. I have read and listened to many theories of purpose and existence and this explanation for me seemed a little obscure. I like to believe that we are all made of energy and eternal, why is it that ‘God’ seems to be of a human creation, is it not just an analogy to help us answer the great unknown questions of ‘ why are we here, what is life all about ?’ etc .
An unanswerable question brings fear so to offer comfort we have created a god, a point of focus or blame so to speak , god it seems doesn’t give a hoot about us being nice people , but one intent on giving us difficulty understanding purpose. What is all the cruelty in life about, how would you define it? If this guy works for you then that’s fab, but I’m afraid it didn’t do much for me. Maybe I’ll listen to it again , and like most interpretations over this type of wondering nobody knows for sure what the heck is going on, there are some lovely ideas and depending on human imagination depends on how wonderful they are.

Thanks for this discussion. I enjoyed it a lot and the thought process are pretty similar to my video, which is great. It means I’m on the right track. I think you are having a chat with Dave, he has some pretty interesting opinions on the NPC. Christian said that they have got souls, but I am not sure on this. Sometimes they can operate almost like software. I would like to learn more about the NPC phenomenon, as I think this is key to understanding this reality.

In contrast Mark Passio. He is difficult for me to listen to. I feel fear and anxiety after listening to his yt channel . While I admire his grit and determination I just can’t get through his stuff at times. Nothing against him. Just not my cup of tea I reckon.
Passio's delivery is very aggressive for me. I have watched him with sound off and just read the closed captions. That way, I could get the info without having to deal with his voice.

Mark asks some good questions but his guest failed to answer any of them, he responded with word salads. Mark asks about why we would have a creation that requires a daily bloodbath of creatures eating each other for survival, his guest replies talking about Mount Everest WTF!!!!!
He responded by saying perhaps the zebra's body was subject to the killing of the lion, as a gift. If all is consciousness, the zebra's body is superfluous.

I find his message helpful in the context of learning to live my human life from Love. I don’t need any advantages because I recognize (“know” beyond intellectual understanding) that I am a part of cosmic consciousness - a concept actually taught, using different languages, down through the ages by spiritual teachers. If I can learn to live my life from a place of Love, that’s enough.

I'm so confused and undecided on all of this. There's no clear answer, and there never will be. What a shit show if you ask me.
I have recently lost two people who were very close to me. It's heartbreaking to lose a loved one. And it's not knowing if you will see them again, which makes it even more heartbreaking.

With you saying 'there never will be' is an intention for you to never know. In regards to your lost loved ones, I am sorry, death is an illusion however, they will live forever and if it is intended you will be with them again. Dear interviewer, let me explain suicidality to you. If you suffer from suicidal ideation, it means that somewhere in your childhood probably rather early on, probably after a traumatic experience (having been beaten, having been sexually abused, having been left alone, not having been loved unconditionally, not having been soothed and your arousal was not regulated to calmness,….) carried out by a primary or secondary caretaker or by a stranger who violated you, and your caretaker didn’t care, if you have met with such an experience in early life, most of the time immediately after the traumatic experience, the thought, ‘I wish I was not alive, anymore’, first occurred. So the seed was planted and at the time might have given you a bit of a relief, because it removed you a little bit from the immediate reality of your life. The neuro pathway got stronger every time you went there. Coming years, this seed grew, and you kept going back to this thought, and it gave you a bit of relief every time since it felt like an exit route. Now what do you have to do is really simple (I don’t say easy, since you will have avoidance which is normal) , you will have to look for a psychotherapist who can do trauma-focused biographical treatment. Ideally would be a practitioner of narrative exposure therapy NET, it is a short term treatment( approximately 10 sessions), that shows a lot of clinical significance. Now this therapist will take you to significant life experiences, good and bad ones and one day you will find the experience where the seed of suicidal thinking was born. Once you process this experience and a few more in your life, you will feel like renewed after about 6 months (this is as long as neurogenesis takes) 👍🏼💫✨
What if that thing that happened and causes the suicide ideation is stored as an implicit memory? So, when it happened at a moment in time you cannot remember and therefore cannot go back to? Many people have been early traumatized but can't remember, yet they are facing the ramifications every day.
@@sandrag9451 An experienced psychotherapist knows how to access and process these networks. It is important to choose a treatment that is trauma-foccussed, has a narrative component and works chronologically along the biography of the client. So, talking about what happened in order to engage the hippocampus when the amygdala-based memory comes up, inter-weaving hot and cold memory, locating it at its original place and time of the past. NET trauma therapy is very efficient at doing this. Also it is comparatively short-term.
@@sandrag9451 Sandra, An experience trauma Focus psychotherapist knows exactly how to access early memories and process the experience. Even if up to then it was implicit only stored in your body. There are many different ways to go about this healing, my preferred method is Narrative Exposure Therapy NET. it is a biographic approach working through your life from the day you were born up to today. And, and that’s really huge progress, it’s a short-term treatment of about 12 sessions. The avoidance might be in your way to reach out, but the earlier you do, the more best years of your life you have left! Bon courage my dear!!

@@djmarkdevlin I would suggest that this is because consciousness precedes over physical pain. Once the body is released from that pain it will return back to pure consciousness but yes I grant you, in this realm life certainly isn't fair.
