Mine is also same when it happens I can't even lay down on bed and everything is just moving including me and it causes me nausea and my heart will go dull I mean its just a pain in Hell and also its a problem for prayer it also happens to me when I go to prayer but mine is not always happening it happens after a few months or some days but its really annoying and its happening with me since my childhood
