      Big difference between infrared bulbs which heat the air and surface of the skin vs ceramic or carbon panels that penetrate deeply into tissues. The idea is to sweat out toxins without sweating so much that you lose an excessive amount of electrolytes. Studies show that most toxins are excreted in low heat infrared sauna as low as 120 degrees.

      @@Total_Body_Fitness_USA I have Lyme which is a biotoxin illness, it’s used to sweat out the constant bombardment of the biotoxins (you are essentially constantly poisoned from the inside by the waste products of Lyme bacteria and of course it’s also detoxing the environmental toxins we all face). That said, it’s also the high heat which creates heat shock proteins that help kill the Lyme bacteria itself. I definitely try to be mindful of electrolyte loss. In my case, the benefits outweigh the possible electrolyte loss. The infrared panels are quite expensive and out of reach for many (including myself).

    Heat shock proteins… I believe that’s why so many people who live a rough life (drugs, alcohol, behavioral issues, etc), specifically those on the streets, live so long, at least, relatively speaking. I’ve watched people who should have been dead long before their time, but oddly, they just keep going and going. It finally dawned on me that they are regularly exposed to high heat and humidity in the summer, then lots of cold exposure in the winter. I suspect there is a paucity of food too (fasting), but idk for sure.

    Just chiming in on this video since it's your latest... after watching a number of your clips I decided to take up Benfotiamine B1.... I've progressively had worsening dysphagia (trouble swallowing) over the years to the point where I always need a glass of water to take a sip after each bite of food. I've had a few scares where I thought I might choke to death unless that next sip of water pushes the food down. A number of years ago I made the problem to a minor nuisance and I thought it was due to going from 207 pounds down to 170. This was accomplished through low carb keto diet BUT it once again got worse and worse even thought I kept my weight at 170lbs after doing keto. Over the last 10 years it would always improve when I was in SE Asia but the month I came back to North America? Dysphagia would start up again.... a year ago I decided to try supplementing magnesium for a completely different obstacle in my life. Low and behold, the next day after taking magnesium here in north amercia my dysphagia symptoms improved to a way more manageable level. This would explain why the keto diet helped clear it up years ago as I ate a ton of avocados which are indeed packed in magnesium. That was a big aha moment for me. Fast forward to a year later, now, and after introducing benfotiamine with magnesium, I can now eat the driest piece of chicken on the entire planet and it goes down smooth without needing a single drop of water. Game changer. Dysphagia solved. North American soil is depleted while SE Asia seems to be ok for me... B1 and magnesium here in north america is a game changer. Thanks!

Rub small amounts onto the soles of my feet at bedtime, let dry before getting into bed, and all spasms and most of the body pain stopped immediately. I am not a doctor nor do I have any expert advice
      I am only speaking about my own understanding of MB
      I put two drops in water twice a day - some people put 20 drops a day
      at 2 drops no stain problems drinking - probably will effect cloth or other surfaces though
      if at high intake - ( I guess about 10 drops a day or more ) it will probably dye the entire mouth
      it last a good while too - most people use a straw and try not to get it all over their mouth and tongue
      I don't know if there is a food grade type ( don't think so ) I use the pharmaceutical grade and I started with 2 drops a day then went to 4
      the blue color shows in urine and turns it green ( yellow + blue = green )
      it has a half-life of 12 hours - so if I take the same amount every day - in a few days I will level out close to double that amount circulating ( 4 drops )
      if I take 2 drops roughly every 12 hours then :
      DAY 1
      10 AM - 2 drops - this is the dose amount taken two times a day ( 4 drops daily ) - ( daily dose is 4 drops )
      at 10 PM I am still circulating 50 % ( 1 drop ) of the 2 drops taken 12 hours ago -
      after taking another 2 drops - I am circulating 3 drops - ( to calculate - i have 50 % left from first dose plus another dose which is 100 % of daily dose = 150 % of daily dose )
      DAY 2
      10 AM I am at one half of the previous value ( 150 ) which is 75 % of daily dose
      at 10 PM - after taking 2 drops - i am circulating 175 % of daily dose ( 7 drops ) 75 % + 100 % = 175 %
      DAY 3
      2 drops at 10 AM - previous value ( 175 ) divided by 2 = 87.5 % of daily dose now circulating
      at 10 PM - after taking dose - i am circulating 87.5 % + 100 % - 187.5 %
      as each day passes it will be increasing, more slowly, closer to be double the daily dose circulating - at about 3 days it will be close to double - however - it will never get there 2 drops at 10 AM - previous value ( 175 ) divided by 2 = 87.5 % of daily dose now circulating

Guess it's on my radar now though and maybe I'll check more into it sometime (or not). I do already have (standard) NAC (from TWNLAB, fairly reputable brand it seems) which will be part of my protocol.
      Other than NAC though, probably my approach more primarily is going to include a cycle of lactoferrin (or colostrum) for (post-viral debris) clearance, and lumbrokinase for (suspected pulmonary alveolar capillary microcirculatory) microthrombi and/or microvascular fibrosis, synergized with sufficient hydration and optimal nutrition and other lifestyle factors (exercise, thermal therapy most heat shock but also some cold shock here and there, control of sleep-deprivation, psychosocial and any other stressor sources, etc.) I intend to inform my doc prior to starting (honestly anticipating that she'll attempt to argue against most of what I lay out and instead insist on basic ass weak response measures, 'management' of isolated symptoms and maybe a vax - which, vax right now is probably dumb given my plausibly prothrombic physiology and immune sys is seemingly exhausted and probably compromised currently).
      In any case, I'll be proceeding slowly with extreme caution and certain control measures to mitigate potential adverse reactions, treatment risks, etc.

      The Niacin "Flush" is a temporary reaction only. Your body won't even experience it at all if you titrate your dose correctly. That being said it is hardly going to have any beneficial impact on anything seeing as it is simply a symptom of too much too fast and again will abate over time and not be there at all with correct titration of the dose!

      You don't take "Niacin Flush", you are simply taking too much Niacin not having titrated your dose correctly. If you titrate your niacin dose correctly for long term taking you wont ever even feel a flush. All this nonsense about niacin flush is hilarious and I'm wondering where people got the idea that the flush has any sort of benefit. It has neither benefit nor harm it's simply a symptom of too much too soon in your dosing.

      @@bigcconservativeguy2534I'm not a baby about it I take it and I definitely definitely sweat more with the flush. And yes you are getting a benefit when your flushing your getting rid of histamines and also improving blood flow through massive vasodilation to the skin which helps you sweat more and your also increasing lipolysis and burning fat cells that are releasing toxins like heavy metals which you can than sweat out in the sauna during the niacin flush. I will agree with you on that though, you can slowly taper the dose up and not feel the flush as much but I actually enjoy and DEFINITELY sweat more out during the flush.
      There is a article about one of the firefighters who was having really bad health problems from 9/11 he breathed in too much smoke filled with chemicals like paints heavy metals and more. Well he did this routine with niacin and the sauna and he was sweating out colors like pink blue into his towel from all the toxins comming out of his skin with the niacin flush sauna protocol. That will allow the Molybdenum to start participating in much more important ways in your body. If you really want to bring your body about 50% of the way into healing - just add Iodine and Selenium and a bit of Potassium (bananas, potato's).
      The other half would be taking Activated B-vitamins like Methylfolate and Methylcobalamin along with choline/TMG.

      Infrared sauna detoxifies considering you don't crank up the heat too high as to sweat out nothing but electrolytes! Has nothing to do with oxalates! If you want to decrease oxalates then you do that with diet and staying hydrated. As a matter of fact, if you frequently use a sauna without proper hydration it could increase oxalates. BTW, I'm a functional medicine practitioner specializing in sports medicine for nearly 30 years. Take care....

    • @ji.ol.1490
      @ji.ol.1490 Год назад +4

      Oxalates can't be "detoxified" by the bodily organs, such as the liver and kidneys.
      Oxalate intake levels need to be reduced and then the oxalates will be excreted as the body has "room" to do so, since the body tries to maintain homeostasis in the blood. When oxalates are increased above the level of homeostasis, they get stashed in available spaces in the body. They seem to be particularly attracted to scar tissue.
      They don't get changed or combined with other things, as in detoxification. So excretion in their whole state is referred to as dumping, because they're unchanged.

    Im not a dr, but will also like to add my opinion as i read thiese things since day 1. Sauna does sound good, but i suspect ( at least for me) a steam sauna is more safe. Yes, this nasty stuff does have the potential to go out from the skin.b
    I see the natokinase thing. Many words, but nothing actually prooven. Im sure its healthy and probably acts as a blood thinner like curcumine ?
    What I have my atention set on is EDTAchelation. Not going to say more. Just read about it and follow the info . On infowars, there was some talk about it.
    The first thing that caught my atention was that the mystery bl00dcolts were not organic as some videos explain. Meaning a simple thinner will probably not remove the problem. From what others say, I suspect its heavy metals related, but that is my opinion based on other scientist that talked on infowars.

    • @bigcconservativeguy2534
      @bigcconservativeguy2534 Год назад

      First off, what exactly are you trying to remove with the chelation therapy? There is 0 evidence of any heavy metal involvement so it must be something else? Are you aware that the risks of chelation therapy by far outweigh any mysterious unproven benefits and infowars is not a place to be getting medial advice from. I love Alex Jones, been a huge fan for years of everything except anything medical he has to say. he is simply trying to make bank off of selling all of his supplements, nothing more and again, that is the last place you should be looking for solid, science based, medical info!

    @eonutrition Q: what about the blanket, contacting your skin and encouraging the sweat driven heavy metals that have been excreted to be reabsorbed - rather than being in an open air sauna where the sweat can evaporate? Also, what about a red light panel that has red and infrared?

    • @HansenFT
      @HansenFT Год назад

      Honestly, it sounds like something thought up by someone obsessive and neurotic that had overthought this. Or maybe wants to sell a non-bkanket sauna.
      As long as you're in the blanket, you keep sweating things out, and i don't think you will absorb much at the same time. also, one is encouraged to have a towel-robe or something on wile in there that will absorb most of the sweat. Then you shower immediately after.
      Heat shock proteins are also probably the single most important aspect of saunas.

      There's a difference between the body getting hot from external heat like sunlight or this, and from cardiovascular exercise which is actually burning the bodies resources and pumping the heart rapidly in order for that intense physical movement to happen.

    • @pkstiever

      There is always a danger of dehydration by losing too many electrolytes while exposing yourself to heat. I take a few electrolyte tablets after I go into a dry sauna and I limit my time to 20 minutes. (Infrared saunas don't cause as much heat and penetrate deep into the tissue to help repair mitochondrial dysfunction.I personally use a panel.) If you start to feel weak and dizzy, you should get out of the source of heat immediately and cool down, drinking plenty of fluids. Many athletes don't take the time out to rehydrate and listen to their bodies. There are a few that have a genetic heart defect, but that is a totally different story.I am a clinical exercise physiologist with 30 years' experience with athletes and heart patients, by the way.

    Angioedema is caused by an abnormality in the blood vessels, which are located deep in the skin, with a lot of space between the subcutaneous connective tissue. The deep blood vessels leak proteins, as it were. These proteins attract moisture, causing moisture bumps to form.

      The reviews seem to indicate it dries out quickly, though. I have fibromyalgia and would like to try it out because if I'm moving enough to sweat, I'm probably gonna be in a lot of pain. So, being able to sweat without the exertion that causes the pain would be good.

Fasting can help immune system and low carb make get down inflammation. This poison was made to not recover. Only few really lucky people recovered after some months.
