Don’t ever forget that. You and others may never understand why Myron values fresh and chose to build with him, but Myron sees him everyday and knows why.

I agree to a certain extent. This guy calling out fresh is like an employee criticizing an entrepreneur on his business practices even though he’s never had his own business. You have to have a certain level of respect and admiration for someone to take their criticism seriously. Now if Myron sat down and talked to him, this would go very differently.
The caller is not wrong. When Fresh recently was not available the show was still great but when Myron was not on the show it was terrible. I still remember the show where Myron didn't talk for almost the whole show. It was terrible and so uncomfortable to watch. Fresh was drowning.

Fresh is acting surprise by the caller statement but I'm pretty he has heard this critique a thousand times. I'm surprised he hasn't changed a lot within the last 1-2yrs since the show started. And we all know Myron must had told him 100 times to step up too since men self improvement is a huge theme of the show. Fresh brings value no doubt but he could be way more impressive to the audience if he would just work harder self improving.

What's weird is, I'm sure he does contribute. He does a lot for behind the scenes, but as a co-host, he just gets outshined far too easily by Myron
He seems competent behind the scenes but those things are not seem, if he stayed behind the scenes, fine, but he steps up front and he's not eloquent or articulated in that position, unfortunately that is the only image the audience sees so that's all the audience has to judge him, Myron completely carries that part, no matter how good he's behind the scenes.

I know Myron deep down agrees with all the “haters” saying these things. Even if fresh gets certain guests behind the scenes I’m sure Myron could do that just as well. It’s also not an excuse to be a co host and not contribute more than 10 words. He’s objectively just there to be there. I can tell Myron gets frustrated when he wants to end the show because he isn’t capable of debating and gets bored or wants to hit the strip club.

I disagree to an extent. Fresh is pretty set for life. He could arguably retire. He has accomplished his goals. He should keep self improving but why would he when he gets the hoes he wants, the cars, lifestyle, etc. Other men that don't have what he has cant really be telling him what he needs to do. Myron is the main reason why F&F is what it is. The way Myron articulates himself when he is talking to those 304’s during the after hours show, is something that really needs to be emulated. Fresh cannot even begin to compare.

Myron listens to all points, takes notes, asks the questions, makes scenarios to relate, and challenges the arguments with facts. All Fresh does is give little examples that don't always relate to what's being said. I think Fresh is a good guy... Just not a good Co host. He doesn't bring as much to the table as Myron or the special guests.

These dudes changed my life, but everything the caller said is what many of us have always thought. This is why Fresh gets annoyed with Zherka because he has brought juice to the podcast. He’s brought more value in his few appearances than Fresh has this entire run.

I’m glad I’m not the only one. Its cringe to see him talk as if he is a high valued man talking like he has game.
1. Fresh is a hypocrite and hurts the quality of the show. One of the main things of the show is to drive men to become better versions of themselves. Whenever there is a criticism made on Fresh he barely takes accountability. "Its your opinion", "Im doing what I want to do", "Im just being me", is essentially all he can come up with. He takes it PERSONALLY when the criticisms are actually for THE SHOW and WHAT THE VIEWERS WANT TO SEE and NOT for his personal lifestyle. He is effectively saying "I dont give a fck about you viewers because its your opinion and I do what I want to do, down pax". A completely different narrative from Myron. Funny how Myrons reaction in this video is "Valid criticisms ..etc" and Fresh's reaction is "Can you imagine when you're successful and someone comes and tell you how to live your life?", "Everyone also needs to improve", "You dont watch the show enough" These statements is extremely telling of the type of person he is. Most people dont even know his stance on things. One cares for the show and the viewers. One cares only about himself and takes it personally.
2. The effort difference between Myron and Fresh is ridiculous. No one is saying Fresh does nothing, but the difference in effort in comparison to Myron is why viewers think Myron deserves better. During the show, we know that Myron carries 99% of the time and he is doing ALL the work. We dont know what happens BTS but there are many instances where Myron has talked about what he does BTS while Fresh's answer only revolves around "networking". (PS, as a CEO that also networks to look for funding from 7-9 figure investors, networking does not take that much time). If Fresh has nothing to hide and genuinely cares about his viewers, he should be showing what he does on a day to day basis at least for the past 6 months or so and put it side by side with Myron. But then again, we all know that his reaction will be, "Im just gonna live my life bro", "Just because you dont see me, means I dont work?" "Im successful and you're not, down pax".
Fresh needs to take more accountability, be transparent and show more effort. This is what the viewers want to see in him.

Myron upgraded his speaking in the past 2 years. If you watch the old fresh and fit he sounds completely different. While fresh sounds exactly the same as he did 2 years ago, no improvement whatsoever
I want Fresh and Fit to continue forever but if there is a downfall in the future it will be mostly because of Fresh. When he talks he never makes a good point. 'I get what you are saying, however.....' he only has this line in his arsenal.

I would take advice is it is valid regardless if the person was practicing the advice themselves, if someone is broke and telling me I should invest my money and save, If the information is solid, I will careless if that person is poor. The point is valid and I will not get emotional about good information. I would not be like "I'm not listening because that person is not rich" LOL plus most people would not listen even if a rich person said it, so net net people are loser and always looking to talk trash without proper understanding. I have never asked anyone to explain or justify those things because they are obvious & measurable. I've been watching F&F probably since the beginning & not only does he add no value, he actually slows the show down & makes it awkward because the women obviously have no respect for him either. Fresh provides value on the daytime shows. It's the late night shows where his lack of knowledge is glaring. It's not his speech impediment. JLP has a speech impediment but has been successful on radio and television because there is knowledge and humour to make up for it. Fresh sounds like he's never read one book on relationship dynamics. And says don't simp but he simps for Miranda. I wouldn't be shocked if he's still dating her on the low.
I mostly agree with you here. I feel like if he did more research and became more knowledgeable it would help his overall confidence when speaking about the topics, which will help his speach too. He has relied on Myron to be the subject matter expert too much and has gotten complacent in that area.

I resonate with the caller and how the audience perceives Fresh. The reality is that Myron has a High Caliber of Intelligence and articulation and is an excellent communicator. He's quite witty in his responses. Plus Myron is way more educated! It's a mismatch with him and Fresh. On the other hand, Fresh might be good with Networking and Promotion behind the scenes but he's definitely not the leader of the show. They don't really compliment each other on the same frequency and quality of their presentation of the podcast. Myron knows how to grab the attention of viewers because he processes information really fast and he's very objective with his delivery. Fresh is more on standby and contributing here and there and doesn't sound as interesting. I always laugh but mostly disappointed when I hear Fresh use the following punch line over and over again, "You know what..."

The thing is that F&F pushes for men to work hard and grind, and they work with "image", the "image" is all the audience sees, if you only do things behind the scenes, most of the time it doesn't show in your image, doesn't help that Fresh is not eloquent, stutters a lot and sometimes he just throws unfunny jokes and comments on the podcast, he seems to be competent and do very well behind the scenes, but the problem is that he doesn't stay there, he steps up front where he's not doing much so that's the only image the audience sees.
Well said, and exactly the problem. I do suspect this is possibly all a show to create Fresh's "issue". If the audience turns against him, at least in part, it will make his job easier. When he talks to potential guests they will a possible ally in Fresh and be more likely to accept. Everyone knows how Myron is and they are intimidated. It also sets a potential "story arc" for Fresh to grow as a man on the show. He could just suddenly realize he wasn't trying hard enough and hit the gym etc. We'll see, it's all fairly interesting.

Fresh brings value to the show. That should be acknowledged. Myron does not go out or socialize much. He can’t. There is a big stigma around law enforcement in the urban community. Fresh has to source the talent and vet them for the show which is also at Myron’s home.

It’s a cultural thing where he’s from. I realized it myself…I was 30+ and couldn’t speak well or hold a conversation because it was hard to put my thoughts into words with articulation. 5 years later I’m much better than I was but still a long way to go. The first step is accepting you have an issue and work on it (seriously) without being emotional. You can tell it clearly bothers him because he’s being super-defensive and not taking realistic accountability. If his value to the podcast is behind the scenes, he doesn’t need to be co host. I’d say Fresh needs to step away from the podcast for a few months work on his self (seriously) and get back into it. If it doesn’t work out, not everyone is cut out for everything and that’s ok.
