This man absolutely disgusts me. His overdramatized recount of events is infuriating.
This poor disabled CHILD being left in an apartment to fend for herself so the parents could shake off some responsibility, makes me physically ill.
The neighbors bad mouthing her for seeking their companionship, makes me physically ill.
Their autistic biological son is so confused and his entire foundation has been built on deception and trauma. I wish I could hug them both and take their trauma away. The fact that these “parents” were not crucified in court is beyond disappointing.

Like many children who have been sexually abused are hyper sexual as a trauma response. Also the whole language thing? I grew up in Germany speaking German from 10 months to 4 years. I firmly believe Natalia was a child at the point of adoption, she had multiple physical deformities which could mean that she had a different sized head. Im no doctor so dont come for me.
She also had a very traumatic life for her very young age, which she may have learned to adapt and behave how her carer's wanted her to.

I started developing "buds" as my pediatrician called them & they were sooo very painful, at age 5. I showed my mom the lumps & told her how bad they hurt, so she took me to the Dr to see what was happening. He simply stated, she's developing breaststroke when my mom asked what in the heck he meant by buds. I started my period around late 8, early 9 yo. I was as tall as my mom & the center of the basketball team in 4th & 5th grade & towered over everyone else. Then by 6th grade, a lot of girls surpassed my 5'4" height. I'm 51 & according to hormone tests, not even peri-memopausal. The worst of all of it has been the PMS, making me extra emotional & the horrible cramping caused by endometriosis since the very first period. I was still a kid playing with dolls thru puberty, but that certainly didn't make me mature enough to live on my own. The only question is why did the neighbors also think she was an adult without knowing much about her? Ukrainians have a lot of scammers & I just wonder if she fell prey to them to a certain degree. Not age 22 yo, idt, but who knows how old? They said it's common for birth certificates to be forged from foreign countries to make the kids even younger than they actually are. 💔

Kids pick up everything adults are saying. I’m sure they talked about it in front of her - saying she wasn’t a child and posing as one. If she puffed her cheeks out on purpose maybe it’s because she was a scared child thinking she’d be given away again. That doesn’t prove anything to me. These people are horrible. As someone late diagnosed autistic and abused most of my life, even by doctors, I i come to this channel to help me understand communication and my own body language that can indicate what I might need or how I'm feeling but have been conditioned to mask. I see the behavior of CPTD, effects of extreme gaslighting and a severely abused child in those early videos of Natalia. I know that behavior in myself.
Based on extensive studying of this case, I think they tokenized their autistic son and pushed him to be a prodigy. They thought they could tokenize an adoptive disabled child so they'd look like heroes. The first family gave her up because they couldn't afford the first surgery. Michael thought he could make money on Natalia and when he found out he immediately took on her medical bills of hundreds of thousands of dollars and more to come, the drama started.
Everything he does is performative (as Logan said, overly rehearsed) and everytime he thinks he gave a good performance, I see duper's delight. Especially in that whole banging on the floor scene in the docuseries. He pounded on the floor so hard that he hurt himself and then felt proud that he felt he was convincing.
Im so glad Logan is doing this clip!

SA can result in premature development, my mum got her period at age 6! Medical conditions can also have the same effects.
Personal if there is any questions as to a person age, and legal adoption paperwork says they are so and so age then what’s the harm in taking care of them until this point. When you sign the adoption paperwork you sign on for that time. If they need help or it’s unsafe to have them in the home get them that help. It sounds like finances were the biggest reason they stopped their chosen parental duties. Also medical conditions don’t look the same in every person you could have the same genetic variation in display differently. I think we can all imagine a kid meeting someone who is like them for the first time they probably want to look more like their new friend who is like them. They made seeing someone who experiences the world the same way.

I prefer to believe the Court Documents - Tippecanoe County Court Records Department just released in August 2023 the Court Documents regarding this case for Public View with the exception of Vital and Medical records prohibited by HIPAA Laws ....on the document titled "Court Order Granting Dismissal" dated 08/14/2022 by Indiana, Tippecanoe County Superior Court (2), it states why the Judge in June 2012 changed her birth year, it reads:
"It was undisputed that Natalia's actual birth certificate stated she was born (redacted) 1989, making her over twenty-two years old and that she has been determined to be an Adult"
"The doctrine of res judicata and collateral estoppel precluded the re-litigation of Natalia's age and the validity of the 2012 Marion Court Order upholds and cannot be undermined or attacked." Superior Court granted a #Dismissal
**----------Another Court Document- Indiana Court of Appeals (Appellate Court Verified Response) to an Appeal, dated 11/09/2020 it reads on page 3 of the 10 page document:
"On March 07, 2017, following an Evidentiary Court Hearing on a Motion to Vacate the Order changing Natalia's date of birth , the Marion Superior Court Probate Division, verified and re-affirmed its' prior Court Order finding that September 04, 1989 is Natalia's date of Birth. Appeals Court upheld the #Dismissal.
**--------------In January 2022- Indiana Supreme Court- Upholds the #Dismissal and #Moots the case altogether since the actual copy of the birth certificate was affirmed - there would be no further ruling that would have a practical effect and cannot provide any effective relief of the case going forward - the #Dismissal upholds and case will be #Mooted.
Natalia's Prosecution Team always lacked sufficient evidence to go against the actual birth certificate that states she was born September 04, 1989...... I believe the Court Documents.......

What is this compulsive need rich people seem to have with adoption? They're like "ok I own everything I've ever wanted. Now I shall own a human!" And that's how they treat them too. As possessions.

I’m a primary school teacher and whilst it’s not common, there are children who go through puberty early and start their periods aged 8. If you start periods at that time, they’ve had other changes in the years before. If I noticed this in an adopted child I’d consult a doctor about early puberty in the child.

I'm so glad you did this!!!! I have been watching your videos for ages now and trying to some degree to self teach myself body language reading to an amateur degree. I was transfixed watching this documentary and the way Michael projects emotions, and he had my hackles up the ENTIRE time and you pegged all the things i noticed and pretty much quoted what i was thinking...... I thought I was just being super biased because I feel like he is a pretentious pos. I'm glad to know I wasn't the only one thinking all of this.

This father is in fact "overly dramatic" and has "rehearsed" behaviors, but that does not mean he is lying. It just means he is overly-dramatic and overly-expressive. I was a Music director for 30 years and did way too much musical theater. Most everyone in theater is overly-dramatic and uses rehearsed behaviors to draw attention to themselves in their free time. It doesn't mean they are manipulative, just exaggerated! Every thought, movement and word is exaggerated and overly dramatic. It helps them gain attention. They are attention seekers both on and off stage and the energy and over dramatization they use on stage is impossible for them to "turn off" once they are off stage. Even the most basic things are blown way out of proportion... "Like... oh my god! That is the MOST AWESOME shirt I have EVER seen in my ENTIRE life!!!" He's simply a "drama queen." Example: in the series there is a scene where he is visiting and entering his lawyers office. As he is entering he very excitedly says, " I'm going up to visit my lawyers office where I have 3 lawyers working 24/7 for me and only for me." That is obviously not a factual statement, he's simply excited and exaggerating.

It’s mind boggling that this POS was found not guilty. Our justice system is broken. Every time he speaks, he’s putting on a literal show. It’s all a performance and none of it is authentic. I hope one day justice will be served and these two monsters will pay for what they did to that poor girl.

A question: is it possible that all of the "no" shakes and the heavily rehearsed sound of the narrative are due to Michael being very aware that he is telling this story in his own defense. In other words, is he hearing the accusations of neglect in his head the whole time he's talking and that's what he's shaking his head "no" at?

There's also the possibility that she wasnt lying, but that she was in fact older than her birth certificate originally stated - theres a chance she simply didnt know she was older than she was, and her BC was also wrong. If people were telling her she was younger than she was for the better part of her life at that point, what child is gonna disagree with them?

Her Ukrainian birth certificate says 2003. Her birth mother, who has been verified through DNA testing, says she was born in 2003.
Early in the case, there was speculation that the orphanage shaved a couple years off her age to make her more adoptable, but it's been debunked.

You know, I’m so sick of people talking about the disgusting behavior of Natalia. The reality is that she was Ukrainian orphan in horrible orphanages, taken by many people and returned. We don’t know what kind of abuse she suffered or what kind of neglect she suffered in those homes. Then she was adopted by these two nut cases and they abused her. After abusing her, probably both physically and sexually they then took this nine-year-old vulnerable child, who had an emotional horror show as a kid, and put her in an apartment by herself, and was left alone, while they fled the country. What exactly would you guys expect her behavior to be like in that situation. now that we know she was officially a child when they dumped in that apartment hopefully more people will be understanding of the fact that she had every right to behave the way that she did. She was a child acting out of fear. Fear of abuse, fear of abandonment fear of further abuse, fear of neglect, emotional scars, and damage. Nobody has a damn thing to say about how Natalia behaved because I would like to see how any of you would behave as a nine-year-old child dumped in an apartment after being abused for years. People need to stop judging situations they know nothing about. And start emphasizing with the victims. How do you think you would act if you were that child?
And the sad part is that these two lunatics lied about this innocent child for years. They vilified her, they turned her into a monster they made everyone afraid of her, and because of double jeopardy they will never face justice for dumping that child in an apartment by herself, and leaving the country And she was a special-needs child on top of that. This makes me so beyond angry. It is disgusting and I hope they get charged with attempted murder because what they did to that child was absolutely horrendous and anybody who thinks that Natalia‘s behavior was inappropriate given the circumstance then you’re just a pathetic loser of a person who has no ability to empathize with anybody, and you’re not worth the air, nobody judges, young woman she suffered through more than most people will suffer through their entire lifetimes. By the time she was 10 years old anybody who says anything bad about her is not evil, but heartless, those who knew the truth supported Natalia I’m very proud of you. Everybody else acted like sheep, and just jumped on the bandwagon.
I hope if there was other abuse that Natalia will come forward so they can be charged. She deserves justice. They are literally going to get away with this.
I’ll bet you in the next few months there’s gonna be thousands of dirty deletes. People deleting the comments they made about how she was as sociopathic adult praying on these poor people. I hope that Natalia looks up every person who said bad stuff about her and sue them for defamation . Because y’all deserve it.
