I love the Barbies that did stuff. That winking one is adorable. I always wanted the kissing Barbie. I think she came out in the early 80s.
I was desperate for kissing Barbie 👄 too! She came with a tiny lipstick for herself & a big one for you too 💄💋
I was born in 2001, but all of my barbie’s were hand me downs or thrifted, so I remember a lot of these barbie’s and features they once had. The cracking knees took me back lol
The bendable cracking knees should absolutely be brought back 😁

She turned out to be Dream Date Barbie - another awesome 80's gem 💎 💗
Alot of beautiful Barbies but sad their hair got so fried looking. Unfortunately the dates on the necks do not dictate when the Barbie was released but still a lot of cool older Barbies you have there ❤❤❤❤. I love the winky face cowgirl omg her eyes are scary 😅 mine looks exactly the same 😂 cool restyles and great job on that hair!!!!
The dates on the head represent when that specific head design mold was produced 😊 I'm thrilled that the fabric softener hair trick actually worked too!
Cinderella doll is a Mattel twinkle lights Cinderella from 2005 and she is supposed to make sounds also. Lights happen without sound when the batteries need to be replaced
Yup 👍 the sound is kind of there but batteries definitely need replacing
Last doll is Dream Date Barbie 1982. Superstar Barbie 1988 will have big stars in her eyes

Doll with overalls and striped sweater with one bent arm is Walking Barbie 1999 which has been rebodied onto possibly 1995 teacher Barbie's body

I believe the date stamped on the Barbies is the patent year the body type came out and not the year that that particular doll came out.

The stamp on the head is the patented year for the face mold, and the body's has it's own stamp for the year they were patented.
