I always loved in this game the narrator's voice. It made the feel of a real time broadcast. Like watching sports on TV. Everything else is really nice: character designs, backgrounds and special effects.
The narrator was a very famous DJ in Japan at the end of the 90's, the interesting thing is that Capcom had to teach him English when making the audios for the game.😮
One of the absolute best versus series games ever produced and no one can tell me different. The music and roster selectionin this game from both franchises was SO good. I think it's only real flaw was using some outdated sprites for certain characters like Morrigan or Blanka.
OH I get it now. So the detail is whenever you choose either C-groove, A-groove or P-groove (CAP as Capcom), you will get the artworks of every character by Capcom in the fighter selection. Whereas if you choose either S-groove, N-groove or K-groove (SNK), you will get the artworks from SNK artist. The colours of the characters in battle are also depend which groove that sided, either Capcom or SNK. If you choose Kyo, from SNK, choosing SNK groove, then it will show Kyo in his original Navy blue jacket. It will show Kyo’s jacket as moss green in colour if you choose in Capcom groove.
