며칠전 다녀왔는데 정말 너무너무 최고입니다 대구에서 해주시는게 너무너무 감사할 정도로요 밀푀유와 오늘의케이크 구움과자 몇종류와 마카롱을 먹었어요. 무엇보다 놀랬던 건 홀 직원분이 나오셔서 제가 고르고있는데 영상 속 프랑스 셰프님이 주방에서 나오셔서 한국말로 인사를 해주시더라구요. 정말 서비스도 좋았지만 제 기분을 행복하게했던 건 역시 맛이었습니다. 절대 비싼 가격이 아니에요 파바나 뚜레에서 사먹는 케이크랑 재료나 공정이 비교가 안되니까요 그런데도 저렴한 편이었고 너무 맛있었어요 특히나 피스타치오마카롱이 최고였는데 밀푀유도 생각나고.. 조만간 들리겠습니다 더 유명해지면 가기 어려워지는 거 아닌가 모르겠네요 ㅎㅎ

디저트 위주의 전문점에서 일하면 확실히 얻어가는게 많긴 하겠네요. 일반적인 윈도우베이커리도 당연히 괜찮지만 대부분 시작하는 과정이 순탄치 않기도 하고 파트 파트마다 배우러 순환식 하는 것도 일이고 하니까요. 반드시 난 빵을 잡고 빵을 먼저 파야지 하는게 아니면 요즘엔 디저트점들이 워낙 많으니 그런 곳에서 부터 입사해서 단계를 밟아가는 것도 굉장히 좋아보입니다.
