Sad to say this, but there is NO substitute for ORIGINALITY, whatever we do to 'embellish' it.. What you have done is awesome [in terms of re-make or re-mix]. The sound is modern, clean and punchy. The arrangement is no doubt contemporary and feel-good. The chord structure is also pleasing and is lilting. But, as I said; there ARE a handful of creations [of god] which could have been the way they were and left 'alone'. If, and ONLY if they were to be re-modified, then one HAS to be the creation itself in order to take the yardstick further. Hope this would be a little help to you and your talent [and take yourself ahead]..
