I love fall because lots of folks just can't hack the cold and bundle up and troll while I'm casting (I might troll for lunch) - plus the no summer bugs and forest fires. Completely agree on the current/funnel/cisco description you have there, which is what I tend to focus on when solo fishing on a short trip. Trouble with fall is I love hunting too, so hard to find the time to go for muskies.
Thanks for watching, and you are so right, fall leaves most of our lakes pretty quiet. It can be a great time to be out on the water, and is our favorite time to fish!
Great "Whiteboard Breakdown " video Glen, can't wait to us some of the info. you have been presenting on our future outings. Sad that I don't get out fall fishing very often due to hunting season kicks off. Thanks again can't wait for the next video.
Thanks for watching Phil, you're so right with the temp on the temp idea. It's easy to get caught up throwing is to the same spots over and over, and missing the little details of finding ' the spot' Appreciate you taking the time to watch!
super interesting! is this shallow casting bite pre turn over? during turn over and after i’ve always fished the sharp main lake stuff. i’ve acutally watched a boat troll right into a protected weed bed in november and they hooked up with a small muskie. i always thought that was so random!!
We would expect the shallow bite to be the last remaining warm water areas pre turnover. After turn over, the lake frees up and fish are more likely to roam throughout the water column, chasing bait. Thanks for watching and appreciate the comment!
Excellent breakdown of spot on the spot transitions. But I totally agree, that summer to fall transition can be tough to dial in.
Thanks for watching Matt. It's a tough time of year for sure, but can very rewarding!
Great breakdown video, those tactics can be applied to all musky waters. Great content Glen.
Thanks Mitchell, appreciate you taking the time to watch as always!

I sure hope you ain't gonna vote for Kamala Harris in November
@@dongfloppin22 the fact that I'm in Camada would mean it won't matter
@@54orbust we need Trump back in America
@@dongfloppin22 I don't disagree, we need a change in Canada as well
