From what I saw, there will be many ways to “skin the cat.” You can opt into some automated chaining, or you can go manual for a more granular custom experience. It will make the game more fluid for newbies, but it will also open up new variants of slide/cancel and Y/Y and bunny-hop for those who are willing to work twice as hard for a 2% improvement.
