I would have liked very much a formal introduction on camera of this lady, her history with the NYCB, and defining the famous pas de deux, its style, and any other anecdotes. Did Ms. Karz, dance it? This placement rehearsal is vitally important for the minds and the ultimate liberation from it in performance when the artist takes over and engulfs inside its challenging glory. It's all there with no missing pieces to its puzzle. The PRIZE here for me is the piquant spicy tempos of the coda Katie and how deliciously you conquered it. Love the honeyed penchés. The port de bras like Buttaa. Sean is the partner every Ballerina wants. Reminds me of Sir.Antony Dowell. If only you would point your feet in the a la secondes ( which you can), but it is a 10am rehearsal. In closing, I would like you to keep that wonderful lyrical romantic style in the Pás of that first run-through. It has an ocean breeze quality hard to resist!!! Cheers 🍻 👏 ✌️ 🥂!!!

Being a long time NYC Ballet fan and former Information Committee Volunteer, recalling yours, Katherine, and Zippora's careers at NYCB, I would suggest Zippora's 2009 book The Sugarless Plum regarding her battle with diabetes. I read her book, it is in my ballet book collection, and I recommend it.

She has Hashimotos hypothyroidism. It is very difficult to lose weight with this. She looks wonderful especially considering this condition. Look it up and educate yourself you rude online anonymous person.
