@@janky501 how many times did Johnson actually play Duncanville in the playoffs? The only matchup I can think of was a regular season game where he lost by one point early in the season last year so it doesn’t make sense to act like Duncanville was constantly beating him. They hardly ever matched up when it mattered.
Love watching elite players compete against elite players! Then those young fellas that are not as elite still compete at a high level because both teams brought the best out of each other and that's what basketball is all about! I love this shit!!!
In the words of NBA star, Luka Dončić, “everybody talk to tough when they are up” makes you wonder if these dudes were taking spicy like this to the Duncanville teams of the past several years
tre talked crazy to duncanville last year when they went toe to toe with ron holland and co he dont switch up. Even last year elliot was talking against duncanville
You do realize they were playing a prep school it’s not like they are going to see this type of size and length every day. A lot of people in the metroplex are overreacting same with when faith family lost.
Duncanville looks like they are pretty good with their individual defense. They just have to get their rotations ironed out a lot of the tough shots link was making your average public school competition that they will be facing isn’t going to hit the type of shots that Tre Johnson and Jalen Shelly can make
@@GregoryKeller montverde is very good but links gaurd play for me is so insane to win it all its up to how jalen shelley and james brown play i they if they step up link wins geico if not montverde
@@LE-jg7zb it will be an interesting nibc season for sure but sometimes I think people need to be reminded that a lot of these prep schools are taking kids from the Dallas area like Johnson, Shelly, and Mcneeley at Montverde. Which is why Texas needs a legit prep school. I know jermaine O’Neal is trying
Imagine, thinking a program is on the decline because they lost to a prep school that gets to recruit worldwide. Duncanville still has their entire season ahead of them. They are still one of the favorites to win the state championship regardless of what happens versus basically a high school super team.
The vast majority of public schools throughout the nation don’t have that type of size unless you have a really special team like Duncanville did with Anthony Black and Ron Holland, the odds of you beating a prep school or even keeping it close Are low
That’s not really any type of analysis you take one of the best players off of a team and of course they are probably going to lose or get blown out especially when they are already at the size disadvantage
@@GregoryKeller what i meant to say he was the only one that that looked good out there he was doing everything himself. Granted hes their best player but he shouldnt be doing everything himself

tre had to get his get back for all those years they got him
naw tre built up hate towards them is insane

Game is pure works like nobody else
Number 1 link year reminds me of Dior Johnson
MAAN they should’ve been playing Montverde. Crazy how they recruit across the country and duck each other except for 2 or 3 games.
