She was the daughter of the prophet Muhammad and he gifted her this by saying recite Allah hu Akbar 34 times and alhumdulillah 33 times and subhanallah 33 times.
A prayer bead has 100 beads on it.
Allah hu Akbar means god is the greatest.
Alhumduliilah means praise be to god
Subhanallah means glory be to god.
Then they are reading about the tragedies that befell fatima the daughter of the prophet protecting the authority of the chosen leader after the prophet her husband Ali
And the calamities that befell her when they attacked her home.

Consequently, the ceremonies involve eulogies which is what you heard and pounding of the chest as a symbol of grief (because that is the reaction one has when they go through a crisis). This specific eulogy is for the daughter of the Prophet pbuh Lady Fatemah a.s.

And also this Noha is praising her for she's the holiest lady on earth and in heavens. For the seekers of knowledge. To understand an epic, one has to has to read (many books) to have better understanding of the subject. For example; the story of Troy (Trojan) won't be clear until one reads the history, mythology, culture, values, norms,& politics of that era. Therefore, the professors who teaches Greek & Roman history need to have understanding of Latin language, and Master in English to decode if the translation is justified. These efforts are all done before teaching the subject.
Similarly, in regards to the topic of Islam & Prophet PBUH and His Family, one cannot just repeat what is heard from their elders. Social media may point out the issues but won't be there to give you the true experience of knowledge.
There are many Islamic scholars who devoted their lives explaining topics mentioned in video so that future generations can seek knowledge.
Yes, it's true that the daughter of Prophet Mohammad PBUH was badly injured and died(martyrdom) because her house was invaded by thugs. Thugs you can still identify them even in this era because of their hate towards Prophet Mohammad PBUH and His Family still going on. Even the authors calling themselves Muslims wrote the book announcing their enmity in the preface of the book.
Social media is tool not a teacher. Learning is dependent on one's efforts.
Some books to read:
- Kalematul Haq ( a lawyer's approach to the history and his findings)
- "Ask those who knows", " To be with truthful", " Then I was Guided" ( a researcher's journey in finding the truth)

As you have probably read the lyrics of this poem, this is about Fatima Zahra (as), the daughter of prophet Muhammad (saw). She has been wronged thoroughly by the people, especially after the death of her sacred father. One of the worst things mankind can do is humiliate the closest family members of their prophet right after his death, which is exactly what they did. They burned down her home, smacked the door open and pressed her against the wall with it, they kicked and punched her until her fetus was beaten to death, her ribs were broken, which was the reason why she died of it a few months later. It is one of the greatest tragedies, especially since her murder was the caliph of her time, whom she refused to swear allegiance to.
