I believe that Self discipline and self commitment are the keys to be successful in training. Thank you for the tips Vera have a great Labor Day weekend!. :)
I went through almost all of my training for a major airline (I hade 12 days/ 4 more tests) and then training got cancelled because of covid-19😭 almost 2 years later and we just got called back to re start training in DFW…this was really helpful! Thank you🙏
Hi Vera!! Just found and sub to your channel!! Omg, I have finally found someone who not only works for my dream airline company but also talks about how to take care of your healthy eating while being a FA!! Yes!!!! And I have applied, I've completed my VI and assessment, waiting for an invite for next step. ☄💙🛫 Thank you for creating your channel, I have lots of binge watching to catch up here lol, working on priority videos next for additional research!
I went and interviewed with two airlines. I chose the best option for myself and I’m waiting to hear back about my start date for training. I’m really excited
Hii, thank you so much for the tips. The sentence “your friends will still be there the next day”, I really needed to hear this since I love socializing! I will be starting with a morning routine now, sleep and wake up at the same time as planned for training, im thinking 2 weeks in advance. And I will definitely look into more healthy snacks idea, since I will not have time for the gym. Thank you so much for your advice, I am so excited to start this new lifestyle. I will comment on this when I get my wing ☺️☺️
Hello Vera, I currently work for a major airline at the airport in NYC but I have a video interview for flight attendant first week of January. Thanks for sharing!!!!!
Wonderful and inspiring video. You would make an amazing instructor! I'm sure your tips will help a lot of people as they prepare for their flight training.
Thank you for doing this. I’m a fairly new subscriber to your channel. I’m leaving for FA training in less than a week. I really appreciate the things about the lifestyle I have been able to learn from your channel.
I love this video and the advice even though I will never be a flight attendant. I travel a lot, so I meet a lot of flight attendants and pilots. I always try to thank them for their hard work. I know it so tough working in this job during COVID. Just want to say how much I appreciate all the flight attendants and their hard work during this time! Many blessings to you!
Hey thank you, for making this. I was truly a nervous reck and this video helped level me out. I got my offer letter two weeks ago, naturally I have been watching endless videos. This is one of the few that helped level me out. I'm currently setting my routine to get ready for the training.
*i am going to train in 50 hours! goodluck to me. i already have a morning routine and i hope to even be able to have the time to do it before training each day because i want to study.*
Omg I must say, so happy I found your channel. I’m leaving for training in a few weeks and now starting to get the flutters. Thank you for all the tips #noted 🙌🏾
Hi vera. These are essential tips on how to have a great morning routine . this is an awesome advice to succeed in training apart from a Healthy disciplined start to the day. Thanks Take care💙
I love all your videos, subject matter, and the healthy lifestyle you promote! =D Have been making myself a list of DIY healthy-hotel-friendly-food-meal ideas, you mentioned a couple things I hadn't thought of, plus other great tips, thanks!! Awaiting a training date; I'm so excited!
Hi! Thank You so much for all your tips in every vlog!! I’m curious if you might share a little more about how you might pack healthy bulk products for short or longer trips-be it a work trip for a day or several in a hotel or training or even just visiting framily (who may not understand why we go to so much trouble) and also when camping, etc. I was just wondering if you could share the best way you might recommend packing and easily using healthy items frugally. Plus your tip on the best way to organize cold and hot in your bags so we aren’t feeling it’s extremely high maintenance with multiple bags, etc. And taking into consideration becoming fatigued, etc. It’s much to think about a so please take your time answering!! But I would be so grateful to hear your ideas!!
Hi Vera, I'll be working for the airline that you work for but it's going to be for Ground Operations. Also I'm currently in Orlando for orientation and training during the week and I'm excited that I will be working directly for a airline.
Hi there I’ve always enjoyed following certain flight attendants and can across your vlog. I watched a few of yours and enjoyed listening to you so I subscribed.
Hi Vera! I love all of you tips and videos!!I have my face to face in a week. Super excited as well as a little nervous. Your content has helped make me feel a bit more at ease lol. So thank you ! Any other advice I’d be grateful for. Thanks again❤
Great video Vera! This is going to help so many people! The sleep part is so important!!! If I would have changed anything about my training it would have been that. I stayed up until late at night thinking it would really help but sleep is so much more important! I actually vlogged my entire experience lol It was a little much but I made it work. I also had my car so I was one of those lucky ones that got to leave freely and brought along my new friends! :)
Vera your awesome, I am looking at applying as a flight attendant and I’m super excited. Thank you for the information and your time to do these videos
Hi Vera, Very informative video. Congrats on 6 years doing what you love. :) I just never knew what the ins and outs of being a FA was all about. Very interesting to be a spectator and take it all in :)
😢 I study alone alot because most of the group were just distracting. But all went well until the final missed it by one point 😢. But will not stop there will get next time
I don't do well just simply emailing resumes. I excel in person with meeting face ro face. They're receiving too many applicants! I can't believe how hard it is to become a Flight Attendant now! I have experience with mainline too. .

Hello Vera. I was concerned by the title that most of what you were presenting would not be applicable. I was completely wrong; I got so much out of it and I was smiling through the whole video. Thank you! 😀
how many trainees and instructors is a typical class or training session and how common is it to be in a testing phase where one or two obvious mistakes would mean total failure and dismissal from the building?
Great video. I would love to be a flight attendant. It looks like just a satisfying job. However, I know that I am not physically up to it, at this time, I am getting there, Do you know how to apply for a job as a crew scheduler? I think I would enjoy that as well.
Hmm I really have no idea to be honest l. I think you would just have to go to the careers page on different companies websites and see what position are available!
Wonderful work! I think at some point you should do a video on reasons not to become a flight attendant i.e. work and sleep schedule changes, dealing with lots of people, different company's policies you have to adhere to.
I'm 51yrs old and thinking about applying! Do you think that's too old? I've been a hairstylist for 32yrs and wanted to take on another adventure/job and do hair on the side! I haven't studied in years and this makes me a little nervous (even though I haven't applied) so any advice or books, etc you would recommend please point me in that direction!
