I will be starting with a morning routine now, sleep and wake up at the same time as planned for training, im thinking 2 weeks in advance. And I will definitely look into more healthy snacks idea, since I will not have time for the gym. Thank you so much for your advice, I am so excited to start this new lifestyle. I’m curious if you might share a little more about how you might pack healthy bulk products for short or longer trips-be it a work trip for a day or several in a hotel or training or even just visiting framily (who may not understand why we go to so much trouble) and also when camping, etc. I was just wondering if you could share the best way you might recommend packing and easily using healthy items frugally. Plus your tip on the best way to organize cold and hot in your bags so we aren’t feeling it’s extremely high maintenance with multiple bags, etc. And taking into consideration becoming fatigued, etc. It’s much to think about a so please take your time answering!!
