Can recommend finding some volunteering which appeals to you. Working on projects for and with other people is quite effective for many people to find purpose. It’s like a slow-burn kinda happiness, instead of the fast ‘sugar hits’ of pleasure.
Yeah a third place could definitely help. Just from interacting with others alone and having to work together, it'll help bring myself more out of my own head. I'm just not sure what I could do yet
@@Shiiibuuu yeah finding the right thing can be a bit tricky :) you can get lucky or unlucky. There's lots of different stuff though :) just from own exp., I've enjoyed teaching programming to underrepresented groups/refugees handing out chocolate at a soup kitchen wherever you are, there'll be tonnes of cool projects happening
