Your first sentence is wrong, only a small handful of countries allow birthright citizenship (Being born in a specific country gives you an automatic claim of that country, a right to citizenship) In fact most countries only give citizenship to anyone who are born from pre-existing nationals of that country (AKA Natural-Born citizenship) which almost never includes the need to be born in that country to claim its citizenship
Do Chinese from CCP, Taiwan and HongKong hold dual citizenship in South East Asia countries such as Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philipines, Vietnam, Cambodia etc?
