Ofc Grill would put the fancy bed in the office
That 90k plot build sounds good. But the first upgrade for the office should be the battery then get the bigger compactor and solar
Some rooms have more than required stuff. Like living room had 3 rugs and needed only one. Was saying 3/1
The time limit on the contract missions only affects the bonus you will receive if you complete the job before the time limit. You will still receive the stated money if you take longer.

That last mission was amazing. It really helps to fulfill the side goals in each house, it seems. I was not expecting such a huge jump in levels. I love it. That was awesome. 😊 I’d love to see you buy that cheap plot of land and build and sell your own house. Given how much money you have now, it seems like a really good time to do it, too.
Edit: Also, I can’t decide if that fancy bed with a lounge chair attached is brilliant or insane. Lol.
I think you're thinking of one of the store simulator games, with the stealing. It's probably the clothing one you most recently played.
When you buy a property, you have to get the deed from city hall, so yes stay in the city until after you buy one, so you don't have to come back right away. I like the demo missions, medium is about all I can do solo though, hard is usually 2 stories with a lot of stuff, you need multiple people, unless you like going slow and steady and don't care about the time bonus. But if you are going to do demo missions, get the compressor upgrade, level 2 crushed stuff earn even more. And don't put your trash in the sorter at the job site, take it home first. Otherwise you end up with too many boxes to fit on your truck (only did that once lol).

• I THINK the furniture will span in AFTER you buy the plot. That’s why the pictures don’t show any furnitures.
• instead of selling the broken furnitures that you extract in the missions you can demolish them with your hammer and it will give you a garbage bag. I doesn’t work with ALL the furnitures tho, only the ones with 200+$ in new price values. You’ll get about 20% of the new value when selling them to pawnshops, so furnitures between $200-$2000 in value is good for demolish with your hammer.
• after buying the plot you’ll have to pay for the deed. I think it’s $7000, so have that in mind as well.
• if you only wanna make money, the best thing is to build a storage house. And not put any rooms in it and stuff. Just a big storage house. But where’s the fun in that 🤷♂️😂

and actually completing all the "design points" is where you get most of your exp from

If you're going to buy a property I would suggest you build a storage building you get paid a lot more than if you built a house. When you purchase a property you'll need to go to town hall and pay more money for the deed itself. The man always takes his due.

I say working on missions, and if you do decide to go house, then get one that you can Demolish, then Build on. Just my opinion
I have been looking for this. Just got home watching all your videos. Screw driver you went from 99Cent store to Walmart to Harbor Freight lol next is Home depot. LMAO they put the open area pc case they do sell them and they work REALLY good for cooling but look stupid lol
I think the fps has to do with the game needing to be optimized. I don't have the greatest pc, but i still have better than what they recommend for this game. I just ignore the fps as best as i can as long as the game runs smoothly and looks good while doing so.
