    -Before starting to do something, first get into a ready and focused position, breathe slowly each beat to bring good spirit and complete the initial warm-up.
    -3 months to form a habit and after 6 months to form a lifestyle.

    Lesson learned:
    - Your thoughts are easily changed. Only your thinking is sustainable.
    - 3 months to create a habit and 6 months create a lifestyle.
    - Whatever goal you want to achieve, you should write it down clearly and only do 3 things every day.
    - Waiter profession is not as bad as you think. It's just created by human thinking.
    - Each person has a job and you don't need to compare yourself to anyone.
