Nice video - thanks. When I was traveling in Ireland in the 1980s, we went in for a pint at this place. Yes, they had a bar. It's sad to see it boarded up now. While we were there, a guy came in who was wearing a dark hat, and a trench coat and heavy, tall boots. He looked incredible. My girl friend (a native of Passage East) said he must have been one of the local farmers. That may have been true, but he looked like he just stepped out of a beat bog - as in part of the earth. Hard to describe.
To whom ever made this video , you have made wexford look beautiful,as it is ,i agree it is sad to see a fine building like lofts hall allowed to crumble, well done
Two of my favourite things, Kate Rusby (she is more of a person than a thing I know) and loftus hall, seriously, never expected to see a video combining both, great great, thanks. What album is that track on?
i went there last year! there was a little girl there who was crying the whole way throught in this one room the tour guide Paul asked if she was ok? She said I DONT LIKE THE GIRL SITTING ON THE CHAIR LOOLING AT ME!!!!!! It was incredibily creepy but good fun! i would recommed it!! if i ever go to Galway i no where to go!!! :)
so glad it being restored wonder if anyone can tell me what the roofless building is next to the house what a beautiful building but a strange feeling about it even from sharing the film
Shame to see such a fine building going to ruin, the time I was there kids would'nt even get out of the car never mind walk up the driveway for fear of ghosts.

Thank you for watching, Loftus Hall has been bought recently and is now being renovated by the new owner. So thankfully it won't crumble and fall.
