Your need to learn softwares like AutoCAD and Revit Architecture, Navisworks. That may helps you get Job at WSP. And also look for Revit MEP because civil engineers are not considered as architects in some firms. So if you learn MEP at any one of the Trade you will be selected. You can work for HVAC design, or electrical, or fire protection, make sure you study design courses on these subjected that will make you best not only as a drawft's man or modeller but also a designer. There are lot many companies in Bangalore, WSP Hr team are not that good. They are third-party HR, there is so much politics inside only Tamil people are inside maximum. They don't take more of local kannadigas if you are a kannadiga don't join wsp. Not good. It's my personal experience

Sir in IT companies (along with good salery) generally company give free food, free gym, free sports and games and what not free . But why in construction even Big companies can't give those benifits to the employee along with low salery. WHYYY??
