Hello. Today, I prepared chery blossom oysters that I ate while traveling through Seomjingang River in Korea last year. I ate raw oysters when I was traveling. This time, I ordered 5 kilograms of oysters on the online market. I steamed it for 15 to 20 minutes. The price is expensive, but the taste is worth it. It's so delicious!!

안녕하세요. 오늘은 섬진강을 여행하면서 맛있게 먹었던 벚굴(강굴)을 준비했어요. 현지에서는 찌지 않고 생굴로 먹었는데요.
이번에는 택배로 주문해서 찜통에서 15~20분 정도 쪄서 먹었답니다.
가격은 일반 바다굴보다 높은편이예요. 5kg에 3만5천원 정도로 구입했어요. 크기가 완전 커서 몇 개만 먹어도 배가 불러요.
입안에 통통한 살이 터질때의 맛과 향은 어떤 굴보다도 맛있었답니다.
요즘 영상들이 조금 어둡죠? 새벽에 촬영하면 색이 이렇게 나오더라고요. 실제는 더 맛있는데 색감이 떨어져서 너무 속상했어요.
그래도 열심히 촬영했으니 즐겁게 봐주세용💘

Please don't throw off the oysters' juice (the best part) when you open them. They look very dry without it.

For those who said the oysters are dry, she did mentioned on the above Pinned that she steamed the oysters for 10 to 15 mins. Hence, they are a bit dry. Fyi all. Thanks!😆
Should be 3-5 mins in a boiling water only
It’s a fresh water oyster. If you boil it, it becomes very bland unlike sea oysters.
That is one giant oryster, sis! But this has to be one of the most refreshing videos I’ve seen this week. I’m so glad you got to enjoy this seafood treat :-)

Oysters are soo good
It's texture is a lot lighter than it looks. Very very soft as well. I personally find them better grilled with some mixed chopped pepper sauce.
You can find them at your local asian market. But they will be smaller then those huge one.
