Yay a new video! I love the name 'dolly dressup'. Just presh enough, I say! Does DLG have the bangs that sort of sit on top of the hair? Those can definitely be frustrating. I've never actually listened to a podcast. I end up not listening properly because I'm always distracted. Haha.
Anyway, what an adorable outfit! That dress is soooo cute on Plummery. And her hair is so shiny! (Also, yes, pink looks amazing on redheads).

When you've finished dressing up all your dolls, do you think you'll ever dress up the same doll again? I'm very fond of Plummery and her style, and I would love to see another dress up with her. :)
+Izzy Squizzy Oh, yes, I would imagine so! I don't know that I'll get through dressing all my dolls without revisiting one I've already dressed. It depends on who I feel like dressing/what clothes I want to use/stuff like that. :) I find Bubble Boom and the Licca-bodied girls harder to work with, especially!

Awww~~ she is so lovely~~ I really love her hair~ it's so full and luxurious :) and that basket really finishes the outfit~ She is ready to go and pick some strawberries :D I definitely need that comb :D haha~ I haven't shampooed my girls yet, do you shampoo their hair? I have been searching online about which soap to use... Do you have any recommendations?
Genies Spellbook Thank you! :) I don't shampoo my girls' hair, or put soap on it, although I've done hot water treatments on several of them -- which is just what it sounds like! Just hot water can help a lot. My Dear LeLe Girl has never had a hair treatment, but sometimes girls come out of the box with hair that needs help, so that's when I do that, and the only thing I've used if hot water alone isn't enough to help is a small amount of unscented fabric softener in hot water. That does the trick for me. I know some people like to use human shampoos/conditioners, but I probably wouldn't, since that's meant for human hair and not what is basically plastic hair. That's just me though :) Everyone has their own preferences.

maidensuit You can use wig spray on them....it freshens up the hair, just as it does for acrylic wigs! Takes that "greasy" look away! (Trick from my theater days.)
Just be sure to mask the face from the spray with a washcloth or a towel....Don't want to create build-up on those pretty little cheeks :)
You are already damaging your dolls hair using a plastic comb! Plastic is really bad for THE hair, You can better. Use a brush or comb with wire Brissels. (They are sold at american girl)
