Pittsburgh, desperate to end a 5-game losing streak, faces off against Green Bay, who look to continue a 5-game winning streak, in a thrilling shootout that comes down to the final play.
I watched with 2 packer fans, and I was the only Steeler fan and they didn't mind the loss as they said they loved the game as it was an instant classic, and they were right!
"Games are fixed" - Sure, the US can't commit war crimes without snitching, but hundreds of athletes and coaches can keep a secret; to try to NOT win, to fumble and drop passes and cost themselves real $ in free agency and getting next job.
I remember this game so very well. As a Steelers fan, that year was so frustrating to lose all those close games, but this game really pumped me up with excitement. What a game!
The Steelers beat the Packers in the regular season in 2009, 2013, and 2017. All exciting shootouts that the Packers lost in the last seconds. But, the Packers got 1 win against them in 2011 I'm sure the Steelers would trade all those wins to have. ;)
2:03:06, If you're into X's and O's... this was such a Steelers thing to do in the Dick LeBeau era. The offense has 4 WR's and 1 TE, nobody in the backfield, and yet the defense comes out in base 3-4, with a DE and OLB dropping in coverage. It was X's and O's that could get us past personnel mismatches, and we could out-play bad coverage with really good pressure. That defense wouldn't dare to give up yards on the ground.
the steelers vs packers last 3 regular season games have come down to the wire. The packers had a different QB in each of the last 3 matchups. Rodgers, Flynn and Huntley
37:10 Anyone else catch Troy Aikman calling Clay Matthews after his sack/forced fumble/recovery a "rudge esher?" 🤣🤣🤣 he eventually corrected himself after saying it a couple more times. Edge rusher. Lmao. Good grief Aikman.
I was roaring at that. When he started to say "rudge" the second time I was like - "oh, Troy's brain just exploded" He's a pro, he eventually pulled through😆
Thanks for the upload man, any chance you have either the week 6 game from 1993 between the Packers and Broncos or the week 9 game from 1989 between the Packers and the Bears?
Three games id like for you to upload if possible: Ravens @ steelers week 14 2017, jaguars at steelers divisional playoff 2017, packers at steelers week 12 2017
I remember the 3-0 victory over Miami in 2007. Miami went 0-16 that season. Heinz Field was horrible that night. Punts would stick where it first landed. Pittsburgh didn't score until the 4th qtr with like 18 seconds left.
@@darknessriot Oh now i get it, damn! imagine how the ravens must have felt for being *the* one team that lost to the worst team in the league that year
I remember watching this in a sports bar that was half Packers half Steelers fans. It was nuts! Can’t believe we lost like that
I watched with 2 packer fans, and I was the only Steeler fan and they didn't mind the loss as they said they loved the game as it was an instant classic, and they were right!
this is how the following years super bowl was supposed to go🙄🙄
How come no one talks about this game that often this was amazing
Because it was paid off
This is one of my favorite games watching Ben play
@@kaneright6274 prove it. I know some games were, but where’s the proof this was?
Probably because of that unfortunate Super Bowl.! Pittsburgh underachieved this year too!

One of the best games ever and I missed it live.
I remember this game so very well. As a Steelers fan, that year was so frustrating to lose all those close games, but this game really pumped me up with excitement. What a game!
It's funny that these two teams would meet in the Super Bowl the following year after this game.
and it should’ve gone like this. that super bowl FUCKED me up
Every Packers Steelers game is always amazing
Buck: "Theres the Packers Psycho Package"
Announcer: "That's a 30 yard gain for a Steelers first down!"
We miss you Ben !
I miss these teams I wish we could’ve had this defense with the mid-early 2010s offense
What a hell of a game! Went down to the final second! Big Ben's Best Game! I loved watching this. Thanks Bart.
What a great career Heinz Ward Had!

yes they would. Packers won the most important matchup
It also didn't help that Rodgers has been injured the last 2 games since he beat us in the sb
That is still crazy how the Steelers didn’t win that Super Bowl in 2010.

I know you said regular season games, but the Super Bowl did too.
Ben to Wallace was awesome to watch
One of the best games of 2009. Troy Aikman looked so young
I remember this game, especially since it was the first time Ben threw for over 500 yards, and it happened on the final and winning play.
McCarthy and Rodgers had a good feel for the great 2004-2011 Steelers defenses. Game planned well against them in 2009 and 2010 sb
I swear I was trying to clean up that spot on the bottom right like 10 times.
🤣🤣🤣
Sixty minutes and it comes down to the last second. And to win it with no time left. The Steelers need another Big Ben.
60 yards touchdown pass to Mike Wallace that's what I'm talkin about papi
The preview to next year's Super Bowl
Exactly!
my left ear is enjoying this
Bart, thanks for the post

Yep. They call those spoonerisms lol.
There was really only one season in Aaron's career his defence wasn't pathetic
The top ten best NFL games in history involved the Pittsburgh Steelers.
We lost, but it was one hell of a game!
Texan Productions well don’t worry because u guys got your revenge in the Super Bowl the next year
@@matthewjoseph236 this game was better!
Mathews looks like he should playing hockey
One heck of a game, the Pack made the playoffs that year & the Squellers were not, lost in a tie breaker with Ravens.
To a few other teams as well. Texans, broncos, and jets. 5 way tie for the 2 wild card spots
Thanks for the upload man, any chance you have either the week 6 game from 1993 between the Packers and Broncos or the week 9 game from 1989 between the Packers and the Bears?

This was a come from behind comeback from the Steelers but they still missed the playoffs by a small fraction of the tie breaker..
18:40 jennings best catch of his career
48:23 great play draw up

Andrew Roberts man that one against the giants was great
Because they’re mad Pittsburgh won!!
Do you have the 2009 week 16 ravens @ steelers game???
Bart Simpson THANK
Can you please do Giants vs Rams 2014?
GB always rushing 3 in the biggest moments?? why?
Romans 5:6
For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.
Ben's 1st 500 yard game! Out-dueled Rodgers with a perfect TD pass to win in the final seconds! One if the best to EVER do it!
Only QB to do 500 yards without an INT and he’s done it 3 times and back to back.
Nothing I hate like hearing the announcers gas Dom Capers
Seriously, Buck and Aikman? That's the best you got? They're fucking HORRIBLE.
Yo, do you have the Broncos versus Raiders game from 2014 (week 10) and 2011 (week 9)?
What an unenthusiastic commentator
Joe Buck is a sandwich without the meat. He is dry white toast.
They're supposed to be impartial. These two idiots won't shut up and let the game breathe. BLAHBLAHBLAHBLAH
That’s my second cousin. Never met him lol. Definitely has the signature buck half hearted smile.
Clay Matthews fell off big time once he got off the PEDS smh
