And mention that in the title, tags etc. And be more jovial while making vlogs. India has HUGE RUclips watching population. You can kickstart your channel by making videos related to India. For example, Foreigner travel first time in Vande Bharat train etc. And shift to general travel videos, as done by Harry Jaggard, Bald and Bankrupt and countless more.
