HOW DID YOU KNOW I NEEDED THIS RECIPE!? 😭😭😭 literally went to a Chinese restaurant on Sunday and told my fiancé I wanted to make this!!! Thank you for sharing!!
I order green beans at every Chinese restaurant I go to because they are so delicious. Thank you for showing us how to make them...I will be eating these at least twice a week
I like how you continued with the firm tofu even though you wanted the softer or silken tofu. Real cooks keep it going! So much more realistic for people in everyday life. Love it.
You know, just when I'm in one of my too-lazy-and-uninspired-to-cook phases, you pop up with a delicious recipe like this. 👍🏻 I love green beans so much so I'll definitely try this. 🤤
@@MedhiniBHegde It's kind of comforting to know that others have those phases too. 😄 To get back into cooking, I found that the quick and easy recipes work best and luckily, Daniel is a master in those.
I can't believe it's that simple to get this flavor of green beans! I grow my own long beans! Will def. be making this with some, once they start producing! Thank you Neighbor! 🕊️🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🌞
Hi Daniel and Katie! I’m a new subscriber from LA. Love all your recipes. My favorite is the bone soup you made with your grandma. I made it and it’s really good 👍😋
Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! My fave green bean dish, but the version I have had also has minced pork, seasoned with that garlic and a bit of ginger, soy sauce, sugar and MSG... A specialty from a long gone restaurant here in Toronto... Try it! 🤩
Ola ! I made this tonight and these beans are the best ever. Have to say I wasn’t sure because there was nothing to it. Did add chili oil as suggested . I really like your videos you do a great job, keep on and thx. 3 cups hummmmm maybe will go up to 4 next time 😂
In Turkish cuisine you have a dish called „ Taze fasulyie“ which means „fresh beans“. It’s totally different t that dish but equally good! Never underestimate green beans!
Those look great! I wish I'd watched this before I went grocery shopping today lol. Could you please talk about how to store and reuse oil in a future video? I'm always worried it'll get rancid or something once it's been used.
Dang. I had no clue my favorite green beans were deep fried. I love that style so much. I just thought it was stir fried in a wok. No wonder I can’t get that effect… feeling hella dumb. Thanks for sharing the secret. And by secret I mean the obvious thing I could have found out if I had googled it, but my lame ass never investigated. Mystery solved now. Green bean season coming up and this year I need more green bean recipes than last year.
i did not expect to be this excited over green beans!!!
Right? But these really are so easy, quick and yummy
Yes!!! Omg!!! I’m making this today!!!

I love dry fried green beans. I tend not to deep fry it, but slowly sauté in the wok until blistered and slightly charred. Wonderful!!!

Just made these . They were a 10/10

Love the combination of the meal. I'll try the same meal when i have kimchi dumplings. Thanks! 💕
you need to hand pull and break off the ends of the beans, which also pulls off the tough stringy line off the side of the bean.
For real I want you to make all my meal !
Cook me up a nice huge batch of green beans. I'm ready!! The mandu looks mashita! I'm coming to your house for dinner. Save me a plate! LOL
