Released in 2008, this is a short film by actress/director Natalie Portman called "Eve".
Sufjan Stevens wrote the piano soundtrack for this short, and this was released on the All Delighted People vinyl as "Side D".
I'm putting this on here as a way to archive, as being able to find this short is rather difficult.
