The Raise 2 hardware looks perfect to me. Dygma marketing (videos, website, social media) is already top notch and so is customer service. Software/firmware is progressing nicely. And when startup investments have been recouped and economies of scale kick in, hopefully the prices can come down somewhat. Then we are ready for Dygma to dominate the world 😎
I really really enjoyed watching this video. The wait for my Raise 2 is so long but this kind of video keeps the hype alive. I love that there are still companies out there that think the way you do about product design and hardware. You could have made this keyboard so much cheaper, but I love that you didn’t. I can buy a cheap keyboard anywhere. What I want is a GREAT keyboard and this kind of tear down and discussion really gives me confidence that that’s what I’m getting. Give my thanks to the whole team.
Thank you so much! Not everybody appreciates the effort and attention to detail that goes into designing a keyboard like this, without compromises, probable because of the price tag that entails. But the world doesn't need another cheap keyboard 😅
Rapid trigger requires HE switches, which need a completely different PCB and firmware, but it's something we're considering for future product lines 😊
neh i dont think so, current HE keyboard switches are pretty garbage quality and the sound is no where comparable to standard mechanical. its also so niche, not a smart business investment as of now. literally only benefits hard core gaming and makes not the biggest difference. I bet you're not even good at gaming to find a true difference and worth spending $200+ on a secondary niche keyboard
@@VERSUXHI agree that it is definitely a niche market. If you just get lighter switches or tactile where you can feel the bump HE becomes a gimmick. If you want HE just buy a 🎮 you need to GIT GUD before you look at hardware.
I just found yalls products, truly beautiful. Would love to see a breakdown on comparing the raise 2 with the defy. Obviously their layouts are going to make a lot of peoples decisions for them but I'd love to hear about the finer differences as well. I literally just bought a new LP mechanical (and far too many switches and caps) but yall have me considering buying another just for the split wireless feature... edit: just found yalls video comparing them - off to watch :)
I love the concept of the keyboard but would prefer the keyboard had no magnetics. (I have a mechanical watch, and this could interfere with the mechanics of the watch) 😭
Your keyboards would be interesting, if the palm rest was detachable. Because the palm rest hinders to set the keyboard close enough to comfortably type with floating hands, which IMO is the most ergonomic way to type. Using a palm rest _can_ be ok, but better without it I think.
Ive bought the Raise 2 but I fully agree. I realllly wish it was detachable, it's the only thing i'm not a fan of :( But still, I love the rest of the keyboard.
@@123451234596 I have the Ultimate Hacking Keyboard as my main keyboard for one year now. The UHK gets a lot of things right. From all keyboards I tested and have used it is the overall best for me. Great hardware, great software and the mouse modules are a plus as well.
We need the room under the palm rests to place the battery, the tenting legs and the underglow, but we're exploring options without palm rests for the future.

World Domination, here we come!

I’m dying to see dygma defy 2 and hope it will have rapid trigger. Like an option when you order it (like wireless and underglow).

Freaking beautiful!
Yeah, right? 😍

I was gonna tell you about the video! 😜 Check it out and tell us which one is your favorite, the Raise 2 or the Defy 😍
Really need to upgrade
Don't think it for too long, the 10% pre-sale discount won't last forever 😅

The magnets are strong, but not THAT strong...

Agreed lol I do not understand why theyre not fully detachable ....

@@DygmaLab Interesting, the Voyager shows how compact a keyboard can be (no battery of course...). Looking forward to see what you will come up with.
