You slighted these wonderful pieces of classical or baroque music as mere instrumental music. I have always revered western classical music which soothed or pacified my mind on numerous occasions from 1979 onwards , when I was studying for graduation.
What do you mean "mere instrumental music"? That is what it is. There are no vocals. Being instrumental has nothing to do with the quality of the music.

The orchestration of this music is a bit different than other Baroque composers. The charming effect of pairing groups of instruments in contrast to one another for example, creates an interest that I find wonderfully original.
It's not really Baroque. The first piece is Galant style. Having a separate wind section is Galant, but keeping the basso continuo means it's not yet Classical era.
Fasch is a typical Germen composer of the middle and late baroque. In a time hen the Lutheran music tended ro be more mellow. nevertheless, Fasch is usually an energetic composer, as we can here through various instrumental pieces.Of curse, he id no JSB, but these worl ks are rather original and unique to be heard.
@Gérard Begni - Thank you for your objective statement. Unlike most of euphoric posters who probably for the first time ever heard Fasch's music, you make a clear point saying he doesn't equal JSB, but that "these works are rather roriginal and unique to be heard".
@ Andrew Jens In that story, wrote a lie.... By chance, Bach became the main composer in 1723 in the church of St. Thomas in Leipzig (the center of church music among Protestants). After the death of the former cantor Kunau, two commissions (city council and church council) made a list of 6 candidates for the election of a new cantor in 1722: Teleman was in the first place, followed by Graupner, Fasch, Fuchs ..., while JSBah was at the start. dropped out of the competition (he was in 7th place). But as due to various circumstances, the proposed 6 candidates withdrew from the competition (Hamburg City Council, for example, did not want to allow Telemann to leave them, doubling his salary), the commissions reluctantly agreed to put a "mediocre" musician in that position. J.S. Baha.
A little 'smoother' it seems than Telemann - no offense to Georg whom I love. Also - it must be said this is a fantastic recording - even sounds good at .mp3 quality.

Yet another brilliant classic from Brilliant Classics. Thank you!
Tepper Michael.
My inner gratituted to BC. I never heard about Fasch until a few years ago. You have unearthed a musical monument that remains alive like the first bird singing in the morning. I could infer that even Johann Sebastian Bach could be a fan of such a remarkable Master. Blessings. From Santiago . Chile.
Wow...I am in love with this music..
Studying physics and mathematics on this music 🎶 makes me more focus, thank you 🙏
I'm grading geography papers on a cold night listening to him. Also terrific for focusing!
Maravillosa . Gracias Fasch. Gracias @Brilliant Classics. Saludos desde Chile !
Wow! Almost like Johann Sebastian Bach in places!
Delightful, Pleasing, Grand😍
The music of FASCH is great. So delicate moving and touching.i love it.
To my surprise, hearing this music, at age 80 I became a faschist.
Música verdaderamente placentera. Fasch gran compositor.
Fasch is great!
Brilliant Classics is The Best Music Channel :D
Certainly up there with the best! ❤
Så meget god musik, tak 🌻
You slighted these wonderful pieces of classical or baroque music as mere instrumental music. I have always revered western classical music which soothed or pacified my mind on numerous occasions from 1979 onwards , when I was studying for graduation.
What do you mean "mere instrumental music"? That is what it is. There are no vocals. Being instrumental has nothing to do with the quality of the music.
This work is TOTALLY priceless! It's honestly my new favorite. Thanks, BC!
Fantastic.
Totally addicted to the continuo free part ! So clear !
I hadn't heard of Fasch before. What an enlightening experience! Thank you.🧓
It's my first time that i am listening Fasch...He is an excellent composer....i liked it so much ...thanks for uploading.
Danke schön!
Thank you, I love your selection of baroque music.
Elegant album
Estupendo !
This is an alter-Hanedel. And I mean that with the utmost respect, this music is gorgeous!
=One Love=

He was one of six candidates for the vacant post in Leipzig; it went to JSB. Jn
never heard of this composer but i love his music...great stuff...
Never heard of him, thank you so much for sharing this beautiful music ~☀️
1:12:02 is my favourite part! I especially like those sequences at 1:12:18.
Muy al estilo de A. Vivaldi
Molto bene grazie.
Magnífico!
Gracias !!!
thank you very much, brilliant classics ...
Alimento mi espíritu....
Wow !
Obrigada
Belíssimo trabalho! Muito bom gosto. Não conhecia Fasch. Vou procurar saber mais. Muito obrigado 😊
Lindooooo 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👍👍
Grandios ❤️💫💫💫💫💫❤️
Fasch is a typical Germen composer of the middle and late baroque. In a time hen the Lutheran music tended ro be more mellow. nevertheless, Fasch is usually an energetic composer, as we can here through various instrumental pieces.Of curse, he id no JSB, but these worl ks are rather original and unique to be heard.
@Gérard Begni - Thank you for your objective statement. Unlike most of euphoric posters who probably for the first time ever heard Fasch's music, you make a clear point saying he doesn't equal JSB, but that "these works are rather roriginal and unique to be heard".
This cured my depression
Waouh! Thank you!
Esplêndido!
Very good collections
Yes me too
Thank you!
Porra BR otaku é kppoper , que Porra vc tá fazendo aqui ?
@@yukiehms462 sou kpopper e amo música clássica!
At 4:08 there's a little line nicked by Hollywood!
@@ruperttmls7985 Muchas gracias. Lo escucho y luego comento. Buen día
I am full blown faschist now
*_This is so Well!!! thank you very much ;)_*
Izuzetna barokna muzička svetkovina.
I have bought this CD, gosh, and now I find it here for free.
J.S. Baha.
So magnificent. Have you ever thought about posting any Orlando Gibbons?
A little 'smoother' it seems than Telemann - no offense to Georg whom I love.
Also - it must be said this is a fantastic recording - even sounds good at .mp3 quality.
Amo a Brilliant
