2016 Mercedes-Benz GLC 250 Full Review In Malaysia

So I drove the GLC250 from KL to Pekan, Pahang to visit Najib. But I decided to visit Mercedes's assembly plant to witness the GLC250 CKD being built, of which I won't show you here as this is the review. :)

211HP is weak by today's standards for a SUV. Its decent power as mentioned in the video. But for a heavy SUV, it will need more than that.

you have to look at the torque curve. this glc 250 gets up to speed effortlessly. this is not an engine u redline.

Hi Bobby, just would like to get your pov. Between GLC250 and XC90, which one would be better to have as a family car and keeping for a long term usage? Let say based on reliability and maintenances? Thankyou

i prefer the XC90 as it is wayyy more premium and comfortable than GLC250. but being a hybrid, in long term, a hybrid vehicle will definitely incur higher maintenance. but amongst plugin hybrid vehicles, volvos seems to have the best reliability.

Haha.. it’s only quiet at 60km/hr and below. Just bought glc300, 2021..found terrible wind noise on front door glass yet MBM told it was normal and unable to claim a warranty..does it really sound good to buy rm340k car?

Hi Bobby, I was just wondering given the GLC 200's release, if you think the 37k is worth it to get the GLC 250 instead. And also if you have driven the GLC 200 and that it is underpowered given it has 184hp and 300 torque for a SUV. Thanks!

+Lukawa345 it's definitely not underpowered. But 37k is worth the upgrade considering you get keyless entry, more power and burmester

How does this compare to the VW Tiguan? As you loved the Tiguan! I can buy the GLC with a great discount with mm2h, not sure with Tiguan though... most dealers aren't interested in replying to me. must be the paperwork involved with mm2h
