When you first listen to this song, it feels like it's almost trying its best to mock you and piss you off. It sounds like the inverse of Giorno's theme, like it's the other side of the noble Gang-Star life; you feels like Jodio is saying "You were expecting a JoJo protagonist who's a delinquent with a heart of gold? Eat shit, asshole. I sell drugs to high schoolers and I'll kill you without a second thought. Now watch me become the richest person in the world." And yet, when the music hits you with the "JOJO🎵JOJOLANDS🎵," it's like Jodio's taking off his mask. He's a 15 year old kid. He loves his mom and brother, he listens to Dua Lipa and SZA, he's a huge fan of the manga Pink Dark Boy. He doesn't know who he really is. No one does. After that, the piano comes in, almost like his soul is ringing out from underneath his mask, November Rain's droplets raining down alongside it. Then 2:36 hits. The Unseen Mechanism is starting to activate, and everyone is being drawn to the island of Hawai'i. Ready or not, Jodio's going to have a lot of enemies gunning after him, and he's going to have to grow in order to overcome them. But just as we're starting to get comfortable with the idea of Jodio becoming the hero of the story, 3:43 hits. A piano tune that wouldn't sound out of place in a villain's theme like Kira or Diavolo. The piano betrays the darkness he has in his soul, the urge to destroy and mutilate anyone who wants to get in his way. "JOJO🎵JOJOLANDS" hits us again, but the piano merges with it. Nobody knows for sure whether Jodio is the hero or the villain of this story just yet, not even him. Only the Unseen Mechanism can bring this boy to his destiny.

Absolute masterpiece. the vibes, the island sound, the callbacks to Giorno's theme, the more modern parts to represent the modern setting, and even its very own riff, its all around a ten out of ten.
i hear the resamblence with the Nico Bellisaro's josuke theme, both astonishingly godly in quality. you both had used the water dropplets as percussions and the melody that similar melody makes me see a connection between the 2 jojos (even if actually idk if theyre correlated or will be).

God, this really damn good! I sorta like how it doesn't feel as fast-paced and beatdown-esque as other protagonist themes considering November Rain isn't as 'damage based' as the other stands, focusing more on utility and clever usage of the rain powers. Good shit, I hope this theme and edit gets the recognition it deserves!
