How to change the Glow Plugs on an AUDI A1 (Or SKODA's, VW's or SEAT's)

My girlfriend had the engine management light on the dashboard of her 2013 Audi A1 so i scanned the engine and found out that Glow Plug cylinder 4 was faulty so here is the "How To" video on how i changed the plug.
Very simple job anyone can do with the correct tooling. Similar engines are found in Seat's, Skoda's, VW's and other Audi's with the 1.6L TDI (diesel) engine so the video is transferable.
Required tools and lubricant:
10mm Double Depth Socket
Long Extension Bar
Ratchet
0-20Nm Torque Wrench
Pliers
High Temperature Ceramic Grease
