Bless y'all for having these.. I didn't even know that events like these existed. Should have found this sooner, especially when lock down started

I've never been so proud to be a Bahamian. Well organized and we were so well behaved. Exciting 2 days of competition. God bless all the athletes who came. Come again where it is truly better in the Bahamas where Jesus Christ is Lord of the Bahamas.

Great run by Kenya. They started well and ended well. Poland was good in second place and so was the USA.

If Bolt replaces that 3rd leg, that record goes down to 1:17.xx . Yohan runs a blazing 19.00flat in his leg. Bolt would definitely go sub-19.

These commentators keep saying the Americans grows on relays so does Jamaicans. from you started Basic schools 3+ and 4 years old you're sensitize ro track and field.
Basic school in Jamaica have sports day
3+ and 4 years old I know because I was a teacher and everyday you have to train those children to take their little baton and run.
Sometimes they ran past the person they suppose to hand the baton to, but it was all fun and not to mention sports day the parents was fierce and competitive.
