Swing the arms is a great tip. Will definitely help people with turning their ribcage. A lot times in karate/ martial arts we talk about turning the hips but forgot about the upper torso. Doing that and delaying the hips like you are in the video crates allot of power in a whipping kind of motion because of elastic recoil. Great stuff, keep it up
