+Prathibha Pillai It was around 3/4 to a kg of Tomatoes and a few of them were left in chunks and not puréed as that gives a good body to the sauce, but it doesn't make a difference really.

+Ashna Patel Yes absolutely! You can substitute the chicken with any vegetable. Aubergines being the best one. Alternatively you can add spinach and paneer to the Béchamel Sauce and keep the Marinara Sauce simple :)

It's a thing. I was always baffled when they called it white sauce in Australia (I'm from Europe). But it's called BECHAMEL. It's like calling Bolognese sauce chunky red sauce ;P
