As far as i understand, the top floors (105 and 106) is cstered for foods and beverage, and not for office. Either the lady has little knowledge or preferred not to disclose it. Hong kong rentee i think intent to run as restaurants cum bar type business

DJ gor....just a piece of advice...up to you to consider or not... advisable dnt simply make or introduce such a new high profile development in your youtube channel...later if anyone brought it becoz of your influence and the developement halt or fail...people will blamed you as part of a scam plan.. high profile development doesnt mean it can be successful...msia hv many high profile project in the past but many hv gone awry... those days we hv multmedia super corridor developement cyberjaya aka asia slilicone valley...hv time go drive around cyber jaya..then you know what it all about... another example the Melaka Gateway...I know many HK and foreign buyer caught off guard.... and also many who have invested in Iskandar development corridor..... you heard about that so called upscale condo in KL center with a ferris wheel ontop of the condo? check out what happened to tht development.. just a commom sense....if the developement is so marketable and hot...why need youtuber to promote it??? so far i havent seen any youtuber promoter bbcc and pnb 118 development...you can wonder why... make more video on food and tourism spot better... wont go wrong... remember once reputation gone esp for youtuber...very hard to recover..
