Thanks a lot i am 4th year student and I don't have any app in my mobile now i downloaded two apps Touch surgery BNF.. And i like your videos how you describe everything🤗
hi again just wanted to say I love your videos again and ask as quick question. Do you think it matters what medical school you go to? In terms f getting a FY1-2 placement for example does it make a difference where you went ie. if you went in London more like to get a placement in London etc? and also later on when applying for training Thanks xx
Hey Elpitha, not at all. As it’s a national system and all based on scores and numbers which medical school you went to doesn’t really matter. In fact if you went to a less competitive med school your score is actually likely to be higher as your decile score may be higher !
@@elpithapolymerou711 It depends on your grades and what you want from medical school. I went to Leeds and loved it, I've also heard really good things about Bristol, Newcastle & Birmingham as really good university cities
@@Kiran.Morjaria To be fair though most medical schools have the exact same entry criteria... Thanks so much, so do you think it is sometimes better to go to a not so competitive university? Thanks
@@elpithapolymerou711 I think it’s better to spread your choices, so apply to one that uses BMAT, one that emphasises UKCAT, one big on grades and one that may be an easier choice to get into
