সৌদি চাইলে চিপ ইন্ড্রাস্ট্রিতে বিনিয়োগ করতে পারতো কারণ তাদের সক্ষমতা আছে। তারা যে নিয়োম সিটি করতে চাচ্ছিল সেটা প্রায় বন্ধ হয়েছে। আবার অনেক মেগাপ্রজেক্টের কাজও পিছিয়েছে। কল্পনা করলে হয় না, বাস্তবতা বুঝা লাগে।
