You definitely peaked my interest with this one!! I am a small scale goat farmer in east Kentucky. One of the problems that have developed since covid has been the price of fencing. I had seen the odd commercial about those electronic collars for cattle, never dreamed about using them for goats. But I wonder how well they would work for our terrain. A lot of hills here, which is one reason why I went with goats instead of sheep.
This part is at 26:00 of this episode for anyone looking into it. It’s super cool!! Glad we were able to introduce you to the electronic collar concept for digitally movable e-fencing for livestock!
Greg Rebman here. Thank you for the kind comments, Kim!
