have been to several of SHs units - the main problem is the flat roofing does not flow water well - leading to interior water damage. Everything else is as advertised 8/10.

How much does it costs? Also solar electricity. How about water supply and bathroom connection? Once delivered to us, how do we place it near to our existing home? Do we have to pay for land?

roof should consider optional package of Solar Panel to generate some electricity for elv devices and also solar water heater as well inline with SDG and ESG as global practice
