Garelli SSXL: Case Teardown Day 1

Finally time to tear into this case. Been waiting on parts that are slowly showing up, but now we're ready to get it apart. Let's see if I remember how to do this.... It's been awhile. At least Dottie's happy! Now I need this apart to start grinding away on the cases. Of course, per usual, I forgot to bring home all my tools for this job...

Looks different but similar to the 60s harley sprint engines. I had one, never split the cases.

Definitely similar. These old two strokes are so simple design wise.
