Hi guys, long-time fan here! I wanted to share my thoughts regarding the "leave politics out of the conversation" remark, i think thats a good thing to practice. Nothing good comes from talking about politics because everyone has a different opinion. While I’m not a Labour supporter-in fact, I don’t vote or support any political party-I do want to clarify something: Labour isn’t a left-wing party. Both of the UK’s main parties are centrist populist ones, so there’s no truly left-wing representation. Also, blaming Labour for the country’s downfall doesn’t quite add up. We have just had 16 years of Conservative rule, can we really say everything was amazing before June? It’s only been a few months, so it feels too soon to judge. On the topic of “woke” culture, I work in corporate America and understand how these dynamics play out. Many companies have large boards to keep happy, and they generally aim to avoid excluding any audience. That’s why you’re seeing more multicultural representation in adverts-it’s not necessarily about personal beliefs but about inclusivity, as everyone is a consumer in the end.
