Chicken thighs - 2 pieces
Broccoli - 150g
Cooking oil - 1 tbsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Black pepper - 1 tsp
Light soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Dark soy sauce - ½ tbsp
Sugar - ½ tsp
Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
Cornstarch - ½ tbsp
Water - 2 tbsp
🔥 Instructions:
1️⃣ Blanch broccoli in hot water with salt & oil for 30 seconds, then rinse with cold water.
2️⃣ Pan-sear chicken thighs (skin side down) until golden brown.
3️⃣ Add garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, sugar, and water, then simmer.
4️⃣ Thicken the sauce with cornstarch slurry, then coat the chicken.
5️⃣ Serve hot with steamed broccoli & enjoy!
