Quick question, was it required based on soil to put that base layer of limestone blocks down? Im being told as long as I have some base gravel that these blocks will not 'tilt' move etc. Thoughts?
Could you use those same limestone blocks to build a complete house with? Also about the dimensions of the limestone blocks height width length, rough estimate?
@@uknownsip293 Insulation, gaps where insects can get in. All service lines like plumbing and electricity would be a pain to install. But don't let me talk you out of it. I think if someone decided to build a house out those blocks it would be a site to see.

It all depends on the soil content. The native soil on site was sandy loam. It is always better to over engineer than under.

you probably could but I wouldn't recommend it.

No way... a limestone structure with large blocks would not last very long. ha ha
