The meaning of this song is so powerful and poignant. "Let blindness save is" is a gorgeous line. Showing that, like Themis, we should ignore the physical that we see, and 'SEE' people for who they are: more than a color, or body, or fashion, or foreigner, but just as... people. Unique stories that are all equally different and amazing in their twists and nuance. Every sentence carries this powerful, positive message and it's why it's among my favorite, irregardless of the incredible music you composed to carry this message. It's one of the few songs I can name that is specifically tackling all the peevish hatred and petty, pointless fighting we're facing every day, and addresses it in such a powerful, motivating, and uplifting way. So many use their fame, position, and art as a way to blast more discontent and fatalism, but you chose to use it to empower people. (You think you can give 30 Seconds To Mars a lesson?? What about Rise Against? Please, show them how it's done.) I used to think i was the only one wearily thinking we should set aside our meaningless grudges and just focus on _being better._ But then, i found this. Truly, you give me hope. You guys have proven that rock is genuinely an art, because this is poetry.

I've been following these guys for awhile now and they make some good songs. I have a few myself. One suggestion I'd like to make though, especially with their newer stuff, is that it seems like the lead singer is being held back or holding himself back. I'm not trying to dish insults because by all means there is talent, however, I think they should experiment with some extra growls perhaps? Majority of the songs seem to be ballad variety which no doubt they're very good at. By saying that though and seeing all these "underrated" comments I seriously think they should experiment more heavier. Both vocals and instruments. Just my thoughts is all.

They (The Veer Union) always work double hard. They always try to create two versions of every song. One acoustic version for soft music lovers and one electric guitar version for rock music lovers. So that everyone can enjoy their songs by picking their own favourite. Not all bands do that. Don't you think that's wonderful? Its not that easy to re-imagine every rock song and create an acoustic version of it. Cheers to them for their hard work.
Funny how tastes in music change. When Veer Union first came out I bought the album because I heard the song seasons but I hated the rest of that album. Flash forward many years later I love everything I heard by them and revisiting the seasons album, I now love it!

I remember seeing you guys in 2016 at Amos's southend before they shut down and meeting every single one of you helping put your equipment into the trailer and the bass player gave me his last cig. But Crispin man you and the band keep doing the great shit guys!!
A solution to the problems of today wrapped up in one song, perfect. The only path forward is centrism, left/right political tribalism by it's very nature is divisive and only by calling out all sides can one truly embrace the day and see below the surface.
