  • Exploring Yerevan, Armenia on foot. Starting at Yerevan Republic Square, central in the city, walking to Vernissage Markets (one of my favorite markets), eating Armenian Pizza (Lahmajoun), looking at a typical neighbourhood and seeing Yerevan at night, including the Arno Babajanian monument, and finishing at the Cascades at night. Armenia Adventures won't disappoint, Yerevan is a cool city.

Which did you find more spoken there, Russian or English?

Russian of course, not sure I heard anyone speak English. Maybe at hotel checkin?

Good to know. I was under the impression that younger generations were more likely to speak English.

I found that true in Georgia, but not so much in Armenia, of course many would speak 3 languages.
